Truck foodie worthy! Scrumptious and nothing like it in the area. Selection is authentic and food is likewise. No sissy food ~ this is real Mexican food. We will make this a regular stop. Warning you will wait if it’s busy and you will not be bothered after your first bite. I’m hungry thinking about it! Get there soon~

This place is so delicious that we have officially made every Friday Burrito Friday at the office. We normally get the super burrito and I have tried the beef and the chicken. Both are very good, but I find the marinated pork the most delicious. We also get a huge amount of their avocado based Verde salsa.

I went to UPS and noticed this place. Hey, it’s lunch time! Many things on the menu but I gotta go with my favorite and authentic Street Tacos! Dos tacos de Tripa, uno de cabeza y uno de lengua por favor! Gracias Señor! Yummy, they are great, best tripe I’ve tried in town. Crunchy, clean and tasted like bacon. Barny tripe is gross! They had a Buche Taco(Pork Stomach) on the menu that intrigued me. They also had Champurrado. I asked: ¿Que és Champurrado? He explained me and all I understood was that it was a hot chocolate. So after reading this, I may have to go back to try. Champurrado is a chocolate-based atole, a warm and thick Mexican drink, prepared with either masa de maíz, masa harina, or corn flour; panela; water or milk; and occasionally containing cinnamon, anise seed and or vanilla. I’m very adventurous and I didn’t grow up eating head meet, tongue and tripe. And I just love that stuff. They have your regular olé boring chicken and carne asada too lol!!!

Have lived in San Diego all of my life and have been to Tijuana for some real street tacos. The Carne asada here is hamburger meat… not authentic. No where here in Boise have I found a place that does not use hamburger meat. Out of all the best is Natos. Just get better quality meat thats all I ask. To all of you saying this is authentic have never had REAL Mexican food and need to stop writing bogus reviews. Necesito un burrito de bienes.

This place the BEST carnitas in town. Very moist and delicious as a taco or burrito. Excellent lengua and tripa also. I have been coming here ever since I moved from Los Angeles 12 years ago. Any these guys could equally compare to the taco trucks from down there. Also the best Menudo on Saturdays and Sundays. My only reason for not giving the full five stars is that there carne asada is the worst I have ever had. It is very dry over cooked and has a funky texture. I believe they are open until 10 pm except Sundays when they close at 9 pm. And they are closed on Mondays. Don’t go to Taco Bell this beats that any day hands down!!!

I am always down fore a taco truck with quality South of the Border Mexican food and this one delivers. I have been here a couple of times and sampled many of their meats(no pun intended) and they were quite tasty. I think perhaps my fave is the barbacoa and then the super burrito. They make everything there while you wait, and it can get busy at lunch… however, if you have a minute or two then it is well worth it. Plus they have frescas and Coca Cola in the large bottles. Super yum!

Pretty solid taco truck. I like how long the hours are. The lengua in particular is excellent. The cabeza is hit and miss, but when it’s a hit it’s a HIT. Worth the gamble. Even if it’s more of a miss, I can’t say I’ve had a bad meal here yet. They used to have cesos(brains) on the menu, but it would never be available when I asked for it. They replaced their old weathered menu with a generic digitally-printed one, and the cesos option disappeared. Oh well. You need to be patient here because the wait time is a bit much for a taco truck. If you come here on a half-hour lunch break, you might be pushing it.

Great lengua tacos! No frills, no fuss… just meat, onions, & corn tortillas. Two hot sauces on the table. Open 11am-10pm & they take visa!

The Pollo and Adobaba are excellente. I didn’t see it on the menu but they also serve Carnita. A small pregnant woman ordered 5 lbs. of Carnita and 5 Carnita tacos. Cinco Tacos?! Ay! She said her Mexican husband knows a thing or two about Carnitas and this is the place to get it. She also ordered rice water(horchata). Damn, I need to follow the master orders more often. I tried asking a few questions about what else was off-menu but fumbled my Miami street Cubano Espanol. The petite pregnant lady confessed to me «I never speak Spanish ‘cuz I sound retarded.»
