I’ve had some more exposure to this one now and unfortunately this only means more complaints. They don’t do coconut milk. When I ask for soy I sometimes get told they are out and all they have is almond milk. I’m lactose intolerant so what choice do I have, but almonds are very acidic so not a great choice. Sometimes it tastes like they’ve substituted with almond milk without even informing me, but I can’t tell for sure because it always tastes burnt. They don’t have a punch card or reward program that I know of (and they haven’t made an effort to inform me of one).
Finally, I went through the drive through at one point and they literally ignored me. For several minutes I sat at the menu, then pulled up to the window and sat for another 5 minutes while no one said a word. People walked by the window a few times, but there wasn’t a rush inside or anything. I finally gave up and left. I had only chosen them out of proximity. Won’t make that mistake again.
