This store is horrible for customer service. The lines for returns had a 20 minute wait each time I’ve gone with 1 person working. The staff moral seems off because most haven’t been pleasant or offered help in the aisles. Check the dates on grocery items as I’ve found items expired by more than 8 months. The store is the only in the area leaving customers to suffer through the pit of lost souls and blue light specials. Order in store pick up if possible. I dislike this store, but benefit from the points program and pricing.

No… No…No… I thought this would be a simple transaction since it was an online pickup for something — case of water/bag of chex mixs(yes that simple). Well they unable to locate my order; two cashiers looked and i did as well in their pickup area. So they asked for assisted fromthe manager — why did themanager look in the same area like we were blind.(smh!) Basically at the end of a 20 to 30min wait — it was found that order was never created but yet i received confirmation saying it was ready. Come on — better organizing skills and communication needed at this location. There aren’t many Kmart department stores open like they use to be, so the one remaining need to step up their game.

Just got back from a trip to this store! UGH! I don’t know how many times I have been here and they lack cashiers, A/C is NEVER on or barely on! We had to go to the jewelry counter and waited 20 min. there(it was soo hot) so then we went to returns. Cashier was not happy with us but we said we would not move again. I really like Kmart but shudder to come again because of these problms. Please hire more and BETTER cashiers and turn that A/C on!!! No one wants to shop and sweat!!!
