Stopped into this location to purchase a game for my boyfriend. A woman named Courtney helped me (i believe the manager). What a sad excuse for a manager. She was rude and unwilling to help me, and almost looking down on me for not being knowledgable of video games. I just needed some help. If you dont like your job, then quit. I will not be returning because of Courtney’s customer service.

This EB Games never disappoints when I need to pick up something for my husband or our younger relatives (The nieces and nephews, in particular). Whether it’s a particular game they want one of several kinds of gift cards, they always seem to have what I need.
I’ve even found some obscure titles for the computer or an older system like the Gamecube for myself. While the Super Nintendo will always be my favorite, I still enjoy a good Gamecube game from time to time! It’s a shame they’re so hard to find now, but I guess that makes the search all the more challenging!
The staff is usually pretty good about keeping up with new releases so we can stay on top of the pre-​orders, although we don’t do that all that often these days.
Anyway, if you enjoy video games and you happen to be in Roosevelt Field, what excuse do you have to not come here?
