I’m quite disappointed in Ann Taylor customer service handling of customer disappointments. I watched the stores in Forest Hill closed, followed by the one in Manhasset, and it’s only a matter of time to see this location close it’s door — mainly b/​c of how customers concerns are being handled. I spend lots of $, at this store & I’m finally calling it quit. The managers have their own policies & what’s sad is that cooperate office allows for this nonsense.

I LOVE this store! Besides having some of the best clothing (quality and affordable), they have the BEST staff! Sharon, Chalara and Reenie make me feel like the belle of the ball every time I walk in there! And they’re not afraid to tell me when something looks less than good on my body. Beautiful clothes and beautiful staff! Hint: They move inventory quickly and often, so an item that is just put out at the front of the store will be on sale for 40−50% off within two weeks.

I absolutely love Ann Taylor — it’s quite possibly my favorite store. That said, this location is super small and every time I’m there on a Sunday, I encounter the same bitter checkout woman. Please lady, be nice. I’m sorry if you’re having a bad day or don’t like your job but don’t take it out on innocent bystanders who are funding your paycheck.

I love their new space. It’s more brightly lit than the old location in the mall. They have a great selection of clothing appropriate for the office. I wish they had more merchandise though.
