The place is just what we were looking for; charming, clean, and comfortable. It was close to all the sights we wanted to see in Lancaster and yet located in the beautiful farming area. The service is excellent with friendly innkeepers who know the area and helped make our stay extra special. Plus, the food is deeeelicious! I really would give more than 5 stars if I could. We are so glad we stayed here!

When booking a B&B, there are several things I look for and this B&B met them all! It’s centrally located to everything, yet secluded. The home overlooks pastures, cows, horses, rolling hills, farms… Amish buggies trot down the road. The property is surrounded by lovely flowers, lush greenery and there’s a goldfish pond out front and a covered porch, with rocking chairs. Innkeepers Sam and Ginger are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Ginger makes a delicious breakfast. She served up a sweet, smooth peanut butter spread, with a gooey cheese. Sounds weird, I know — but man. was it good! Along with the spreads, her homemade bread, we also had fresh fruit, homemade sticky buns and an open-faced, cheesy omelet. Sitting all at one table, allowed us to mingle with the other couples. Our bedroom was lovely, the bed comfy, the sheets very soft and our bathroom had a heat light — so cozy, when you step out of the shower. We were greeted by Miss Kitty each day — a very sweet cat.

Wonderful and Beautiful place to stay. Very clean and the owners are very nice. If you are looking for a quiet quant bed and breakfast this is the place I would stay. They let you come and go as you please and offer wonderful food. This was my first B&B experience and I was very pleased
