I have purchased from dover many times online. This store is always very clean and tidy. They have a decent selection of items but on the smaller side. It’s a great place to go if you need something of everything.

As usual, horseback riding equipment is very expensive. But, there were a lot of sales especially if you have their monthly catalog. They normally have a huge tent sale and all for almost anything you can imagine for horseback riding. They have everything from saddles, to saddle pads, to treats, to brushes, and even horse shaped clips. The show equipment such as breaches, shirts, and jackets were very nice and only of the highest quality. The pants for showing were spectacular and looks amazing. I have been to the store many times to buy little things here and there such as crops, blankets, and pants and I’ve never had a problem with the employees. They knew what they were talking about when I was asking difficult questions and they were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this store to a friend.

Awesome salespeople! I went in for a protective vest, they are located at the back of the store, so I meandered through all the racks and tacks to get there and every couple minutes one of the very helpful young women popped by to see if I needed help or had any questions. When I did finally get to the vests, a very nice, knowledgeable girl helped me find the right style and fit. I’ll be back here again and again!
… the only downside was spending wayyy too much money but I think that happens in any tack shop.

This is definitely a great horse supply store. Good quality products. Helpful, knowledgeable staff. But… the prices are much higher than other local retailers and especially online stores. Also, they are not really a true chain. If you make a large purchase like a saddle at one store and try to return it to another store, they will insist on shipping it back to the store where you originally purchased it before you can get a refund. I did get all of my money back, and they were very nice about it, but it took about 3 days due to the dollar amount.

Came here when I first started riding to buy all my practice and show gear, and the staff who helped me were extremely helpful. They were nice and gave lots of helpful tips on fit, brands, and sizing, without being pushy. This is the closest Dover store to me while I’m at school and my go-​to place to go shopping for horse related stuff. Unfortunately the store does not nearly have as much as the Dover catalog does! I often have to place an order for things that are not in stock at the store, but they will ship it to you for free, which is nice. I couldn’t find a helmet that fit perfectly at the store, so the salesguy mentioned that an older-​style GPA would probably fit my round head the best, and even gave me suggestions on where I could purchase one since Dover didn’t stock it.
