UPDATE 2015: I’ve been with this insurance agency for over ten years and they leave a lot to be desired. Good luck if you need them for anything! They are bad about returning calls, emails, etc. They’re not very caring and you’re looked at like just another client. When you call I’ve found no one can help you unless it’s your specific agent. What’s that about?! I thought by switching from a higher priced insurance to Erie would be cost effective. Just remember you get what you pay for.
