I love Dianne and Gary! Talk about the best hosts ever! Not to mention the down home feel of the cabin. I went on a three day adventure with my father and we had so much fun here! I advise everyone to come and meet Dianne and Gary! The price is very reasonable, and all of the coins come equipped with the essentials. There is WIFI for the suburbanites, and there is also the taste of home for those of us out for a good time with the family. The resort is very close to the Fout boat dock, and I definitely recommend looking up Jay Smith as a guide. Loved our trip and will be back for sure!

Great spot for RVing(full hookups). Our family stayed there for a month and the owners were so sweet and wonderful, we didn’t want to leave. They also had a cute convenient store that had everything we need for very reasonable prices. Already planning our next trip back.

First off this is not a resort. I am not saying that to complain I am merely stating a fact so that the New Owners don’t have to deal with disappointed clientele. The Bayou Resort is a great place to stay. The rooms are clean but are not overly modern they have all the ammenities that you need to stay for a few day. The kitchenettes have pots & pans, plates & flatware. The resort is almost a stones throw from Norfork lake so you can be in or on the water in about 5 – 10 minutes. The resort also has a pool if you don’t feel like going down to the lake or if you just need to have a change of pace. We have been coming here for 5 years and have always had a good experience. So if you need a place close to the lake you could do alot worse than staying at the Bayou Resort.
