If I could give this company no stars I would. I was a member of the Galway co-op for over 5 years and never seem to have too much of a problem until this year. We usually get a renewal bill in the mail and this year we ended up getting it on June 5th, and in the letter it said we had to have our fees in by June 1st or they were going to charge us an extra $ 45. So I called their number to tell them that they sent the letter 5 days after the memberships where due and the man on the phone was very rude to me told me I was irresponsible and I should have checked my email which by the way I never gave him because I just got internet in December. I told him that maybe he just doesn’t want my business and he says I don’t need your business and hung up the phone on me, I called him right back and asked him why he hung up on me and he told me that he doesn’t have time for my nonsense. My husband wrote him a letter on Facebook since he was no longer accepting voicemails and his voicemail was completely jacked full and it wouldn’t let us leave a message, explaining our situation, and a few hours later he deleted our comment and sent us a letter in the mail to tell us that he is throwing us out of the coop for what my husband said on Facebook. It’s funny because he must of got a lot of complaints because he’s not even in accepting comments or compliments on his Facebook page anymore. The guy who runs this place is a complete crazy person and I still cannot believe the way he treated me on the phone, I was very disrespected and not treated as a long time good customer. I will to the end of time tell everybody my horrible experiences I have had with Galway co op and I hope this guy gets what is coming to him.
