I rented last year from another vendor, and the golf cart was a mess… trash in the cup holders, lots of sand, etc. Rick’s cart was clean and nice. Would certainly recommend! Rick delivered our Golf Cart and picked it up, so easy!

Rented a beach house for the weekend! Super spacious, slept a ton of people, very clean and even had its own pool. I will rent from them every time I visit from now on!!!

Do not rent from Ricks go into town and rent from one of the many other rental places who also deliver. I rented paddle boards for 3 days, he dropped them off with the wrong paddles (too short) when he finally delivered new paddles the next day he refused to take the 1st day off the rental even though we could not use the boards. And finally I just received a call 1 day after pick up, that Rick is charging me 45 dollars for a broken fin, that is a lie, if the fin is broken he has only his pick up driver to blame for it. Not to mention I had to call him to remind him to pick the boards up as he forgot. When I confronted him on the phone about the added charge Rick told me there was nothing I could do, he’d charge my card anyway and then hung up on me. This is a horrible man and a horrible business to support please go somewhere else.

So easy and made our trip so much better! We rented bicycles to explore the island and they dropped them off and picked them up when we needed it, easy as that! What a wonderful experience! We will definitely use them again when we go back!

Rick’s makes beach rentals ridiculously easy. It’s a snap to reserve a rental on their website or over the phone. They bring the rental straight out to you wherever on Galveston you need and whenever you are ready for it. Friendly, fast service. Large assortment of vacation rental items to choose from. And when you are done, your rental is retrieved easy as you please. Rick makes vacation rentals a breeze.

My Husband and I love to visit Galveston and especially the west end of the island. Every visit we get a golf cart to drive to the beach, to the bay to sit and watch the sunset or for fun around the subdivision. Rick’s Beach Rentals and crew have never let me down. It is so easy to make a reservation online and then they deliver the golf cart when you arrive and pick it up before you leave. What a great Company with excellent service! I am spoiled now!

Don’t rent from this company. They fail to tell you that the golf cart is not allowed on the beach. We were only told not to drive in wet sand and no driving on the main road. We rented for a week but returned in less than 24 hours after a homeowner called the police. They still charged $ 130.00. Total ripoff. Scammers

SCAMMERS! These people rent you stuff for a week then find any little reason to pick up your stuff early and charge you $ 125 early pick up fee! We rented a golf cart for the week and they picked it up 3 days later, because they said it had too much sand on the golf cart. They rent their golf cart on Galveston Island… how is it not suppose to get sand on the cart? We are on the beach and we never rode the cart on wet sand like their policies stated. And they said our 20 yr old son was underage so he couldn’t drive the cart. They never even asked to see his drivers license. They are total scammers do not rent anything from them. No wonder one of the owners is driving a hummer, because they are ripping everyone off. They also rented us a canopy for the week for $ 185 that I could of bought at Walmart for $ 60, but the picture on their website shows a much bigger and nicer canopy.

I went into Ricks to rent a paddle board for ½ day. Despite having several boards in the shop, the woman refused to do a half day rental and said I’d have to pay the full day price of $ 80.00, regardless of how long I had the board. Kind of absurd when you can go into town and rent one for $ 35.00 a day. Seems to me that a half day fee is better than dust collecting on the boards in your shop, but that’s just me…

Scammers! The company has a bold sign on their golf carts that say do not wash with soap. We rented a golf cart for 24 hours, rinsed it off well with a garden hose and returned. Two days later, they called to say they were charging an extra $ 90 to wash it! What?!? We actually returned the cart in a very clean condition and followed their instructions to not use soap and they want to charge us almost as much as it cost to rent it to wash it? What a scam!
