Reel Safaris Charters

Very poor customer service. We had a trip chartered and the day before, when we called to pay in full, we were told the boat was broken down and the trip was cancelled. After trying to call several times after and emailing and getting no response, we booked with another charter company and had our cc company refund our deposit.
All it would have taken was a phone call Capt. Chris… Customer service is where I decide to take my business.

Amazing experience. Those two words about sum it all up! We had a blast and Captain Chris put us on top of the fish everytime. He took the time to describe different ways of catching different fish in different spots! The man is a top notch angler with a passion for the sport. We have no complaints other than wishing the day stretched out longer! With that being said, Captain Chris even kept us out there for an additional 2 hours to makeup for the rough waters so we could enjoy the day even more!!! We caught a variety of fish and sharks! Using a variety of different pole/​reel combinations, lure/​bait setup, all of which they provided for us. It was definitely a blast and we look forward to our next trip with Reel Safaris Fishing Charter! We’ll definitely be back a few more times this year with them!

teh absolute best fishing experience i’ve ever had!!! Captain Chris, put us on a stockpile of king mackaral. we limited out on them within 30 min! on top of all those, we got a 5ft shark, and giant stingray. talk about a day…

Cptn Chris went above and beyond to make sure we had an awesome day, cant thank him enough. Theres no doubt we will be back.

Capt. Chris is awesome. Our original Capt cancelled on us and Reel Safaris came in and saved the day. I had 4 buddies in from KC and we had this trip planned for months. Chris took us out and we had a blast. He put us on the fish. We had the biggest stringer on the dock that day from what I saw. We will use him again.
