I do really love that this place is totally free! Just a warning to users, DONOT try the Yoga class if you have actually done yoga before. I stayed for less than 30 minutes. Not exactly what the woman was doing, but it didn’t seem like yoga to me.

I LOVE this place! The machines are great, a lot to choose from and there is kickboxing and aeroboxing… all for FREE! They have so much more to offer but you just have to check it out! SO happy this gym is available for people who wouldn’t be able to afford to go otherwise! THANKYOU!!!

you cant beat FREE big gym for basketball and volleyball. outdoor BB court too 2 raquetball courts free standing weight area… along with bikes, elipticals, treadmills 2 ping pong tables they have computer classes and after school programs too that you can check into thank you MCD for having this available to us galvestonians
