Marty’s City Auto

My son was stranded on Bolivar beach in the early hours of the morning. No one else wanted to go out that far in the middle of the night and my sons cell phone was dying I was going to loose contact with him while he was in the middle of nowhere. They were very busy with a biker rally going out in Galveston. They went out there anyways, the tow truck driver stayed with him to make sure he could be picked up because my sons truck needed a special tow truck. Marty’s city auto followed up with me the next morning to make arrangements to tow our truck and diagnose it. They went above and beyond with their customer service. It’s comforting to know that there’s still businesses out there that truly care about their customers.
