Do not know where to begin I shop here all the time!!! Look me up on your computer by my name and you will see. Today finally met YOU the owner you were very rude and belittled in front of your customers to viewers reading I got a pair of boots I ordered back in December I have never worn them ever!!! I pulled them out yesterday thought maybe I would wear them since I was going to the Rodeo I put them on with a dress that also purchased from the store I asked my girlfriends their opinion like most girls do… how do these boots look with this dress? They both said «No» the boots are to lose around the ankles they look DEFECTIVE they suggested to me to contact the owner and explain to her because I’m such a good customer. Well let the hell begin ¾/​I6 When I arrived the kind sales person grabbed my boots & put them on the counter while I browsed the store the owner came out from the back and yelled at me across the room to come to the counter questioning me why did I wait 3 month to change my mind??? We are not Macy’s I’m thinking I know this your a LOCALLY OWNED BUSINESS that’s why I like to shop here! She continued on then accused me of wearing them which I swear I never wore them she said whatever, then rolled her eyes she stated she would take them back but, would never ever ever take anything back from me! I had to pay $ 55.00 restocking fee which is understandable the boots by the way have not been marked down in store they are still full price from what I observed. She said she would have to eat the cost on the boots because she could not sell them by the shape they were in I stated again, they’ve never been worn!!! I explained originally I came in your in which I was invited by invitation durning your open house and would get 10% 0ff of purchase I then tried on a pair of boots they did not have any in my size so the salesperson had to special order them & asked that I put a deposit down which I did. I could’ve just as easily came home and ordered online myself doesn’t take a rocket scientist to write down a name and look up and order online. I’m giving you my business I’m huge shopper I’ve always have mentioned your store when asked where I get my cute dresses from:) after 20 minutes of yelling at me I had picked out a kimono & a dress plus, she doesn’t even know this but, I had ordered something I saw on line before I walked in her store today. The icing on the cake I’m at the point of checking out & she said let me guess you’re going to pay with your credit!!! FYI I shop at Lord and Taylor’s online mostly for shoes not even a fan of Macy’s it’s like a huge Goodwill :) Think twice about how rude your actions were today I usually speak highly of your store. :(she acted like I was beneath her well guess again, my family name has been around forever we even have a street named after us here in Galveston. I have a really good friend she has a high position at the Tremont House and has recommended your store to her hotel guest because word of mouth from me I also have a friend that works for the Cruise Line. I was kind as I could be and stayed calm while she showed her true colors.

Helpful sales associates, good variety of clothing and shoes at reasonable prices. The best thing: they are an unscented store which is very, very hard to find in boutique shopping, especially in tourist areas. Ideal for the chemically-​sensitive community. I will stop by again and again.

We walked in about 5 minutes before they closed, and they were very up front about it. My mom commented on how cute a dress was and the salesgirls response? We are about to close in 5 mins or less. Low scores for customer service.

This place really was A-​OK. I was down on the strand in Galveston, when I saw an ad for this place in my travel magazine so I decided to look for it. Went in to this cute little shop and thought it had some really cool stuff, but it wasn’t so affordable as their ad suggested it was. Cute stuff to look at and very designer store.

I really like this place. I go here for the shoes and to support local businesses. I keep going back because of the service. The people who work here are so nice and helpful. They suggest products you might like and tell you about their deals. I just got a pair of fabulous boots from here and I will definitely be headed back during Dickens. Head to Footsies is totally worth checking out if you’re on the island.

They have shoes for sale here but right now I saw most of everything belonging to Gracie’s (it’s serving as a temporary ‘home’ for Gracie’s due to Hurricane Ike).
