Difficult to work with and refuse to stand behind their work. Advised us what flooring to put in (plue we researched the best for our use), it discolored, warped and then didn’t install it properly either– they say it’s our problem. Plus — they withheld part of the inspection report. We had to get the rest from the manufacturer. Unacceptable. I guess we’re going to court. Don’t trust them. Big on the sale — bad at service. Will update if corrected properly. We’ll see…
