I rent here constantly! They always get me in and out fast, and they upgrade me when they can, making me VERY happy c:
Everything is always spelled out very clearly what I will be charged, I like that too.
Enterprise had always chosen excellent representatives to work this location, everyone there is sharp and work at a motivated pace.
I have never been nicked and dimed here. No extra charge if the car is a little dirty, didn’t ‘fee’ me if I returned car an hour late. As long as I was close on the gas upon return they never said anything.
You can’t go wrong here. Occasionally they get slammed by departing cruise ship passengers, but hey, that’s life lol.

I have used enterprise several times here. This location is always extremely busy. Knowing this, I always reserve my vehicle before hand to avoid being irritated.
My experiences at Enterprise go very well. The employees here are respectful and courteous because I treat them that way as well.
My vehicles have always been ready and have gas in them. I understand if I ever get one that needs gas though, it’s not a big deal to me if I have to gas up a car…

I’ve already tried twice to provide my information as you requested to your unfriendly computer system. It is unable to identify the email I used to book the original reservation. As of this time, I do not want to dedicate additional time to this matter as as I previously identified will not use Enterprise for my rental car requirements ever again.

Had to get a rental car for the day while my truck was in the shop. These guys were absolutely helpful and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I was in and out within 30 minutes and they even dropped me off at the dealership when I returned the car. Thanks guys for making a stressful situation more tolerable.

Absolutely terrible!.. Car broke down, called to get a rental car. Was told I was going to be picked up at 4:00 — 4:30. No one showed up. Called the store at 5:15, I was told someone will be on the way shortly. No one showed up and of course the store closed. Next day called at 8:00 am. I was told I was going to be picked up at 10:30 — 11:00. Called to confirm at 10:30 only to be told that they are sold out and hey don’t have any cars. Only to be left stranded thanks to enterprise. After 5 phone calls and every time was told I was going to be picked up! Not a way to do business. I wish I could give less than one star

Arrived from the cruise ship to find approximately 15 people waiting for cars… they didn’t have any. The staff was very nice, but having to wait for 2 hours for a car is not satisfactory. I heard someone say they had told the higher ups that this was a repositioning cruise so they would need more cars, but no one had followed through. Knew we were going to have a long day driving home, but it turned into 2 days. Follow up … the manager called me, addressed our problem, and handled it very much to our satisfaction.

I experienced overbooking like many other reviewers as well, but they went out of their way to ensure I was happy. My only complaint was that the car they give rides to pick you up and drop you off seems to be one the driver smokes in. I couldn’t get out fast enough. But as for this business and how well they took care of my transaction I give 5 stars!

Brandon the branch manager is amazing at his job. Everyone working there is great. I had to rent with them a couple times and couldnt be happier. Even the drivers who drop you off at home are cool. They’re my go to guys for whenever I need another rental.

The review is not so much about the location, but the entire experience. I had a reservation, but they were overbooked. I was unable to find another car. Brandon put me on the wait list, and ultimately, I got a car. Apparently, overbooking online is the norm, and is something the local store cannot control. I accidently put the car on a debit card, and when I turned it in, I asked that they change it to a credit card. I gave the person my credit card and they assured me that it was already charged to the credit card. A few days later, it was charged to the debit card, not the debit card. I spent thousands on rentals last year, and nothing was offered to offset that they had overbooked and I had to wait and hope for a car. I will start using more of the points I have built up, since this last experience was not great.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. I would go to any other car rental company then this place. The place is dirty the staff is rude the cars are gross, the car that I picked up was not filled with gas.

Was gilt es zu beachten?
Hier erfolgt eine gute Beratung, dennoch sollte man vorher wissen, was man genau will.
Günstig ist das kleinste Auto, die mit um die 33 $ pro Tag «Econemy» berechnet werden, wobei einem gern vermittelt wird, dass grad nur eine Nummer größer zur Verfügung steht. Hiet bitte auf Econemy bestehen. Die Versicherung wird extra berechnet; hier reicht in der Regel das Minimum (13 $ pro Tag).
Sollte die Abgabe an einem anderen Ort sein, z.B. am Flughafen, sind 100 $ extra einzurechnen!
Toll ist der «Pick up Srrvice», wo man z.B. vom Hotel abgeholt wird.

There was a mix up with my car rental which I thought was from the airport. In any case, Jeff from this location was helpful when i finally got to Galveston and set me up with a rental in time for my dinner meeting. The staff here was friendly and followed up with a call the day after I returned the car at the airport.

They picked me up and took me to Enterprise, which was good, but then during the rental process they said that I couldn’t rent the car unless I purchased the insurance, which more than doubled the price of the rental. I was already there and in a hurry, so I had no choice. Then that night I contacted their corporate office an told them what happened and they said that was wrong, and that I didn’t have to purchase the insurance to rent the car. 2 weeks later, no refund and they suddenly don’t know me. I guess I should have asked for Mr. Spock or Captain Kirk. Damn it Jim, I’m a customer, …not just another insignificant number!!!
