I love this studio! The artist, Elizabeth Punches, is extremely talented and friendly. It is also fascinating to walk into a working studio with the artist there… working. The entire process of a piece Elizabeth is working on is not just about putting paint on a canvas. She builds each board she paints on and makes a secret gesso she learned from a professor while at college. This artist is true to what she does and kind enough to walk you through some of the process! Her technique is brilliant and her paintings are beautiful.
