My wife and I decided to stay at a B&B to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and boy are we glad that we did! Lana, at Coastal Dreams was a charming and gracious innkeeper and a darn good cook too! For a small fee we were able to enjoy early check-​in and late departure. The room we stayed in, the Pacifc room, included access to a private balcony overlooking the pool. We sat out there and enjoyed wine and conversation under the stars. The room itself was roomy with a king size bed and en suite bathroom. Equipped with a coffee maker, mini fridge and flat screen television we wanted for nothing. I highly recommend Coastal Dreams and Lana!

We stayed at the Coastal Dreams B&B on a Sunday night before we headed out for a cruise. It’s located right in the middle of Galveston close to plenty of entertainment, and the house itself is beautiful. We stayed in the «Gulf Room» which was very cozy and we slept like logs. Lana is a very wonderful host and made us feel welcome and right at home. This was our first B&B experience and we will definitely be staying here again on our next trip out of Galveston!

On our vacation we decided to avoid the hustle and bustle of busy beachfront hotels and stay here. Boy, I’m glad we did. Lana was sweet enough to let us check in super early so we could get started with our vacation. She was very friendly and helpful for any questions we had, and her breakfasts were so very delicious! And the house was so beautiful, I very much enjoyed being able to read about the history of the house during our stay. We weren’t even a mile from the beach even! I hope that next time we go to Galveston we have the opportunity to stay here!

This is such a beautiful place to stay and the location is great! We were welcomed with freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. Our room was clean, nicely decorated, and bed was very comfortable. Complimentary snacks, soft drinks, and bottled water were available too. Lana really made us feel welcome. Breakfast was the best! I loved her egg strata and stuffed french toast with brandy sauce. We would love to visit again!
