DO NOT order flowers from this place. The man who works there was extremely rude and unprofessional to me. I just placed an order for an arrangement for my sister’s birthday, and the day I ordered the flowers, the lady on the phone told me I could pick it up Saturday any time between 9 – 12. I went Saturday at 11, and no one answered the door. No one was at the shop at all. I went back twice during a half hour period. I tried calling their 2 different numbers again and again, and no one answered until finally the man (whom I suppose is the owner?) answered about a half hour later. When I said I had tried to come by the store and was frustrated that no one had been there during the time I was informed I could pick up my order, he yelled at ME that he had been out the last half hour and there was nothing he could have done about it. He then informed me that I didn’t HAVE to come back and get the flowers if I didn’t want to — even though he had already charged my card for the order. At the store, instead of apologizing to me when I said it would have been nice to put a sign on the door saying when he would be back, he was standoffish and rude and actually said «Don’t trip» as I walked out the door. I will not be ordering flowers from this place ever again– you are much better off with another place on the Island.
