Arts & Frames is the best place in Galveston to get a nice piece of art, photo, or poster framed. Ellen does a great job matching the matting and frame with you. She’ll do what you want. Sometimes it can take a little while but all good things come to those who wait. This is also due to the fact that she is the best in business and everyone goes there. The price is right and I highly recommend Arts & Frames to anyone in need. Ellen will do a beautiful job!
