The pizza is ok for what it is. It’s the customer service that’s terrible. If they deliver to your house make sure to check the boxes as they delivered an empty box once. It will usually take 2 times to get the order right. Not a good pizza selection in Galt unfortunately.

These folks are so nice! Like friendly and conversational and helpful. The pizzas are ALWAYS perfect! I love that you can have a simple pepperoni or opt for something new like Sriracha pizza. Great place. Consistent and delicious.

This was the 2nd time in a row my Pizza came with creamy garlic sauce. instead of red sauce. So I called this time to ask why I’m getting the wrong sauce on my pizza, the employee tells me the Manager is busy. Being in retail for 23 years, this answer sent me through the roof… I replied can you get the Manager, I’m an unhappy customer, he put me on hold for five minutes. Finally Sri tells me the onsite manager is on break and he’s next in line to deal with my issue. SRI offered me a free pizza, I replied I don’t want a free pizza just fix why I don’t get red sauce. He said he’ll talk to the Manager.
This was was a very unfortunate experience and I’m very afraid to get my free pizza… It was convenient Pizza Guys to order from you, but looks like I’ll have to look elsewhere for pizza.

Customer service is great here. All the employees are super nice. The pizza is good too and the prices are great. I mostly order online and my order is ready for me to pick up when I get off work. We order from here just about every Friday night. love it!

I love Pizza Guys, price, service, pizza always good, I love the combo, kids love their pepperoni, So I like to order the specialty one for me and one for the kids special, I like to pickup close to my office, and get the free cherry Pepsi for the kids.

I ordered online for delivery, hardly took 30minutes! I was surprised. The delivery girl was nice & I also used an online promotion so all in all an okay experience. 3 stars cause the quality of food is a bit low (which is normal for big chain companies)

From the reviews I’ve seen on Unilocal,I wasn’t going to choose this place. However, Pizza guys was near where I live. Their delivery was beyond my expectation. Prompt friendly service. Ask for Tai («tie»), best delivery!
