I had a terrible experience with this company. We had no heat late at night around 8 and the owner Rog came out. He said our unit could not be repaired that it would have to be replaced. He said he could do it the next day for $ 3,500.00
I said yes but my wife wanted to get a second opinion. Thank goodness, we had another company come out the next day and they fixed the unit for $ 189.00 they didn’t understand why Rog would say that as our brand goodman is very common. Be aware of this company if it wasn’t for my wife we would of spent $ 3,500 for a new unit that we didn’t need. A very upsetting experience.
