Showed up 15 minutes prior to my appointment, and was informed that I was supposed to call an hour before to find out if the doctor is running late. That’s just bad business practice, especially if you don’t tell the customer about it. If I have an appointment, and I can’t make it, I’ll call you. If you have an appointment, and YOU can’t make it, you should be the one calling me, not the other way around. The fact that the office doesn’t have enough people to make phone calls is not my problem. Ended up waiting 1 hour and 56 minutes for them to call me back for the procedure. The doctor was fine, and so was one of the LPNs. Won’t be back, will go to a different place.

A little frustrated. My initial appointment was fine and the PA that saw me was very nice. Unfortunately the office has lost the business three stars. I came to the Galloway office for my two week follow up visit only to be told that my PA had a family issue and had to leave and that they had«tried to call me». They rescheduled me for several weeks later which means by the time i had my follow up appointment the symptoms were back. I was issued prescriptions which they said they would call in to the nearby CVS and that I should wait an hour to pick them up. I killed some time only to arrive at CVS to be told no prescription was called in to them or any CVS. when I called dermone i was told no one was available to help me and I would need to try again tomorrow. A wasted evening.
