My husband and I have been going to Dr. Scheuermann for over 10 years. I have a very bad back and severe arthritis in my neck. Dr. Helga always helps me feel better and continue to live my life pain free. Her adjustment is gentle but it works. Helga listens to your problem before your adjustment. The staff is very friendly and we consider them our friends. I highly recommend going to Helga if you want a healthy life style.

Dr. Scheuermann has been a wonderful help to me in easing my lower back pain. I thought lower back pain was just part of my new lifestyle, being a mother to a one year old and two year old that I’m constantly carrying around and up with throughout the night. I was taking an Alieve or ibuprofen everyday. I’m also a distance runner, and it was beginning to be difficult to run more than 3 or 4 miles just a few days a week because my back would be in so much pain the following day. Since coming to Dr. Helga consistently to be adjusted (about once a week), I have not had to take pain relievers and have been able to run longer distances again 5 or 6 days a week without pain! I’m so excited to have just been fitted with custom orthotic insoles in my new Brooks running shoes and can’t wait to see what additional positive results come out of this journey with Dr. Helga. I also have a massage scheduled with Deborah next week. She is amazing and customizes the massage to whatever your needs are that day.
