China Village Inn & Suites

Another weekend getaway… Decided to go to A.C. on a budget. Cinco De Mayo.
We stayed in a huge Jacuzzi room with a huge jacuzzi.
The room was a lot bigger than expected. No complaints. However there was a weird layout. The sink was across from the bed, kind of next to the TV. Not a lot of space to do hair and make up in front of the mirror without things falling in the sink.
For a moment we couldnt get hot water into the jacuzzi but when we did it was nice to have all of that room.
There’s also a Denny’s next door and you can receive 20% of your bill when you eat there.
The room was clean, spacious and cheap.
Its nice if you’d rather spend your cash at the casino’s instead of hotels if you dont mind the short drive.
I was expecting the inside to be a little more Asian themed though…
Also another star removed for the bad wifi connection.

sort of feels to some degree like a «No Tell Motel» but an OK budget option with clean rooms, some of the rooms have jacuzzis, not something I usually think of as a budget motel feature. The room I was in had a huge jacuzzi. Nice flatscreen TV. Amazingly tiny bars of soap. Not sure why it is called China Village, nothing Chinese about the room interior. No breakfast, but you get 20% off your meal at the Denny’s a couple doors down (a short walk) with your room key. There is free wifi, but I could not manage to login to it despite the fact that signal strength looked good, not sure if that was an issue with my laptop’s configuration settings or a problem with the wifi.
