My daughter (16 yrs old) got her cartilage in her ear pierced here. At first it appeared fine but then it was obliviously infected. I took her back since that’s what they told us to do. They cleaned her ear and during this process he knocked the earring out. So he had to give us a new one. After this we went home and her ear swelled up so large that we ended up having to cut the earring off and take her to the Dr who said her ear was so infected she required a massive dose of antibiotic via a needle to her ass. Followed by a week long antibiotic pill therapy.
The piercer should have recommended we remove the earring when we were in instead of haut putting in a new earring.
We will never return there for anything

I went here to get my septum pierced and was very happy with the price. however, after I’d been pierced, the piercer kept messing with my septum and finally said «well there seems to be a deviation in your septum that I didn’t notice before, so it’s crooked.» he told me I could wait a week and see if it fixed itself or come back later and he would repierce it for free. we wound up just repiercing it that day but I wasn’t too happy. when my nose ring closed up, I went back to have that repierced and he insisted that he had to use a 16g needle. I was wearing a 22g! I tried to get him to try a smaller needle but he insisted. he kept treating me like I was ignorant and telling me stories of how a smaller gauge nose ring would push through my nose and get stuck. (???) this is the currently the only place in Gallatin that does body piercings, but I’d recommend just going to the next town over and avoiding this place altogether!
