I was seriously disappointed in their unethical billing. Treating older women 84 years and gouging them where you wouldn’t believe. They estimated $ 1450 when we were able to go and have the same tasks done for $ 299.00. HUGE difference. Shame on you. You dont have a conscience?

This place is certainly a pretty long haul from Nashville proper. I grew up in Hendersonville, and Gateway was the place I always took my truck for full service check ups – oil changes, tire rotations, all that good stuff. My dad really likes the place and trusts the guys who work there, so I’ll still occasionally take my vehicle out there for service.
Gateway offers pretty substantial discounts for teachers and their families. My mom teaches fourth grade, so our family always got the educator’s discount. The fellas that work at the service desk in Gateway are always straight-​forward regarding how long you’ll have to wait. Let’s be honest… getting your vehicle serviced rarely costs you less than an hour of wait time. But in my experience, Gateway at least gives you a pretty accurate estimate of how long you’ll be waiting around.
As far as the actual work Gateway does, I’ve never experienced any problems. If you’re like me, however, you wouldn’t have any clue if they didn’t do a damn thing. I seriously doubt that, however, considering how honest the guys that run the place seem. Having your vehicle serviced isn’t glamorous and it certainly isn’t fun, but you can bank on this place to do it pretty quickly and cheaply.
