Coming from Chicago, the pizza here is mediocre at best. You have to ask for sauce to be put on it. The resort would do better by dropping the current pizza and offering a whole different one. Do enjoy the bar area with the Vitners Blend red wine, and the draft beer selection. Service has greatly improved in the last two years. The sandwiches are good but when you ask for say, grilled onions on your burger, you may only get one«ring» of an onion at best. The staff does work hard to correct the short comings. Off-seasons food specials help.

Went back there again(it’s the only restaurant I know of at the resort in that price range) and the service was still creepy. The staff stands behind the counter and chats or stared at us while we ate. It’s just a little weird in there.

most recent menu link: They’re not too bad. Last December ordered delivery within the territory and they are pretty quick. During the winter, or at least the day I ordered, the resaurant was closed but Woodlands took over and fulfilled the order. I ordered side salads for everyone, with ranch dressing on the side. Simple, fresh and crisp. Not on the Paisano’s menu though. Then ordered a large sausage and mushroom pizza and a small veggie one, and both of them were wrong. Seems they switched our order with someone else’s. Later when I called to let them know, they said they were waiting for my call since the other party got our order by mistake and called right away. We didn’t since we couldn’t wait for another delivery and just accepted it and ate it. They drove over with a coupon for a free large pizza which we used at a later date. The other order was a large pepperoni with extra cheese, which we liked anyway. The small one was a white pizza with sliced tomato, artichokes, olives and some other stuff I don’t remember. It was good, although we missed the tomato sauce. I still think in a pinch and if you’re in the territory, it’s still way better than the alternative — Happy Joes.

This is a small pizza and sandwich shop at the Eagle Ridge Resort. We were here on a Sunday afternoon, and at the time, it was a one woman show. If this is usually the case, be prepared to wait a while to place your order and to get your food. The food itself was okay, but when I order a pizza, I expect there to be red sauce on it unless otherwise posted. And our mushroom pizza came with a garlic & olive oil base. The water from the soda dispenser also tasted funny. you might be better off buying the $ 2.50 bottles of water. or better yet, try a pizza somewhere else in town.
