I’ve used WhiteFlint Florist several times with no issue(hence the 2 stars rather than 1). They’ve done some very nice work for the bouquets I’ve purchased. However something was very off on my last experience. I pre-ordered a bouquet with a particular flower in it(that is not normally stocked) because it has meaning to my wife on our anniversary. So the flower was important. I showed up on the day the order was to be picked up at 9:45 am for a 10 am pickup. The store website and stencil on their door says they open at 9 am everyday. The door was locked and no one there… So I call the number on the door. The owner answers and tells me he is stuck in traffic after picking up supplies. Ok… odd that he would close his store during business hours to go shopping with no one else watching the shop. Anyway, he arrives 5 minutes later and lets me in. He looks at my order, which was now at the time due, and says he does not have the flowers I ordered 2 weeks ago but that his employee is picking them up at the airport right now and would be back in an hour. Since the flower was important I said I’d wait rather than make another bouquet and he said he would call when it was ready. I said he should consider discounting the order for my troubles. About 2 – 3 hours go by and no call. I have to run an errand near his shop, so after at least 3 hours of waiting I call him. No answer. Wait a few minutes. Call again. No answer. I tried calling him several times on multiple lines for the next 2 hours. No answers. Very weird. Is his business still open? I drive back to the shop midday only to find the doors locked again and no one there. Now I’ve made two trips to this store and multiple phone calls and still have no bouquet of flowers. Finally, I decide to call him from a different phone number. Answers on the first call. Surprise! He was avoiding dealing with me. I ask him whats going on with my order. He asks his employee where it is(clearly he had not been working on it at all) and gets back to me telling me the flowers I ordered never arrived and won’t be coming at all. Tough luck for me. He offered to make me a new bouquet of other flowers. After this frustrating day that ruined an anniversary tradition with my wife, I decided to get the new bouquet. I asked him to discount it half price for the ordeal and deliver it to my house just 5 minutes away(I was unable to leave for the rest of the day and I had already made two trips to his store). After complaining a bunch he finally said he would do it. Another surprise– he never did it. While I can’t blame him for not delivering the flowers, I am extremely surprised at the poor business practices, lying(about open hours), and avoiding of a concerned customer’s phone calls. Like I said, this shop does nice work, but due to this terrible experience, I won’t going back. Flower shops are a dime a dozen and this one lost my business.

I needed a bouquet of flowers very urgently, I called all around to other florists to hear the same response«we don’t have those flowers.» So I went through the list of florists and called this florist and finally they said they have the flowers. I rushed into the store, the owner was very kind, he whipped up what I needed and it looked amazing. He even gave me and my kid single roses. Incredible owner, great customer service, good location, definitely my new go to florist! If I was a new customer and seeked any reviews for this store I would visit their website inorder to read reviews, there are much more on there.
