Rude and incompetent employees. I had a package delivered there, when I went to pick it up they steadfastly maintained that the driver never delivered it. Could barely be bothered to even look for it. 4 hours and 3 phone calls with UPS later, the head dufus in charge, named Hilario, found it. They had it the entire time. When I returned to the store, Hilario couldn’t even be bothered to apologize. Never again at this store.

An employee that was clearly having a bad day demanded my phone number otherwise he would not ship my parcel. A phone cal with UPS verified that this is not UPS policy. I have no tolerance for moody employees! During recent visits they have improved, I will update this.

Don’t bother with this is place. Last year the store was sold to new ownership and it just haven’t been the same since. All of the original super helpful staff are gone and the current ones are clearly beyond afraid of the new boss lady. The now Korean owner will try to nickel and dime you every way possible. You can’t even drop off a pre-paid package without them figuring out some way to make you pay for something. They will give you the whole«not up to UPS shipping standards» speech which is just another way of them trying to repackage your box with some more tape and foam peanuts. A strip of clear tape will cost you a buck. What the buck?! Avoid, avoid, avoid. There are other places you can do your UPS business at that doesn’t leave you feeling like you’ve been ripped off.
