The Prime Choice

We used prime choice for our wedding. All of the food tasted great and was exactly how we tasted it during our tasting. We would totally use them for any other event in our future. The staff was helpful, courteous, and always had a smile. They were very attentive to our needs. When someone spilled a drink all over the floor and they cleaned it up very quickly. Also the quality of the food was great as we had fish and chicken which were cooked perfectly. They were up front with all of the billing and exactly what services they would provide. They followed our instructions to the letter. We also had some people at our event with allergies and they made sure they were helped out by making sure their food was safe.
The event flow was great too. Also when we were out taking pictures in the hot sun, they offered us water and appetizers which was very thoughtful (we didn’t ask them to do this). We had a great wedding day and it couldn’t have happened without The Prime Choice. Thanks so much for such a great event!

We dealt with Brian. They exceeded all of our expectations and the staff they sent over were absolutely wonderful. The food was great. A lot of variety. Burgers hot dogs BBQ chicken etc. We got so many compliments and everyone wanted to know who our caterer was. Couldn’t be happier.
