This store is a disorganized mess. I am a 16 year sprint customer with 3 iPhone lines. Stopped in today to get a new iPhone. Was ignored for 25 mins. No greeting no sign in. People came in after me and were helped. Went to verizon and was greeted at the door and was in front of a rep in 3 mins. My daughter now has a new verizon wireless phone and sprint one less line. SoftBank is fighting a losing battle if they treat their most loyal customers this way.

Zero stars, the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I went to the Sprint store on Quince Orchard in Gaithersburg to purchase a cell phone for my Grandson and a Apple Watch for myself. The young man(top of his head braided), was unfamiliar of the products he was attempting to sell. He became visibly upset when I asked questions re service plans, features etc. I requested and spoke to the manager on duty. The young woman could care less re his behavior. The majority of their personnel act as if they are doing people a favor selling phones to them. I left and called Sprint to effect my cell phone purchase. The store must have change personnel, it used to be okay, now it Sucks!

Terrible customer service. There was this guy with braids who kept arguing with me and would not listen to me. Then he told me to wait for a manager to speak about my problem. As i was sitting the guy with the braids was on his cell phone with his friends talking about drinking and laughing extremely loud. The manager made me wait for over an hr and he didnt even help me. I will never go back to this terrible store ever again. That guy with the braids should be fired but u can tell he is friends with the manager. If you see him stay away! He knows nothing about sprint

This is the WORST Sprint store ever. Everyone in there is so unfriendly and not interested in helping you. I went in to purchase a phone and had to wait about 3 hours to get my data transferred and they weren’t even able to do it. They also didn’t give me my box with my power cord in it so now I have to back and deal with them tomorrow. Not satisfied.

I dropped i off today with no cracks and got i back with 4 on the screen. they didn’t even say anything hoping i wouldn’t notice. they ended up ordering me a new one.

Horrible experience, You are on a waiting list for more than 30 minutes to get help. People walk in the store and get help before the people on the list. After waiting 30 mins, they told me they couldn’t help me upgrade my phone. I had to leave, went to another Sprint and got help. I don’t recommend this sprint at all. The managers are also unhelpful, I had a past experience with one in the past with a phone issue.

This is by far the WORST sprint store I’ve been to. You have to wait over 30mins for someone to help you. I just wanted to add my husband to my account, the guy that was«helping» Us didn’t even seem interested, he seemed very entertained on his phone. I don’t work for Sprint how am I supposed to know how their plans work and know their fees. It seemed like he didn’t want to explain the offers and plans sprint have. Aren’t these people trained to know the products and services Sprint has to offer. This is my third year with sprint. And as soon as my 2 years end, I’m going back to Verizon. Sprint is not a bad carrier is the people working in the stores that need training and need to know what proving GOOD customer is. Save yourself the trouble and go to the location in Rockville, you might have better luck there.

I went there to get my phone fixed it was covered under my insurance but I was not treated any differently because of that. Also the service was good I was happy when I left ‚ they fixed the problem! The reason for only 4 stars instead of 5 is because I have only been there about 2 times.

I’ve been here three times lately, and had three different salesguys, and they were all great. When my HTC evo was broken, they really helped me out. I’m not sure what the guy did, but I walked out with a new phone within an hour, even though my contract doesn’t entitle me to this level of service. I added another device to my plan but then discovered it wouldn’t work for me. They took it back with no issue whatsoever, and were very pleasant. This is why I have Sprint instead of Verizon although Sprint’s network isn’t as good. Not that every single Sprint person has been uniformly awesome, but at least with Sprint you always have a fighting chance at getting your issue resolved. The salespeople are friendly, not smarmy, and not pushy. Why can’t more stores be like this?

I’ve lived in the area for almost 4 years and this is the closest store that does repairs to where I live. It’s pretty bad. Every once and awhile you’ll get someone awesome and leave amazed that you experienced great customer service. Even if you have an appointment be prepared to wait 30 minutes before they get to you. Our last visit they told us it would be a 10 minute wait and we were helped an hour later. If it hadn’t been a phone emergency I would of drove to the next town.

Our«communications consultant» was completely mush-mouthed, and we could barely understand him. He had a ton of trouble with the computer and had to call the service center more than once… I thought he was supposed to be the service center! The process for signing up a new contract took forever, and was even worse because we had to have him repeat himself 3 times. Never enough staff in here, pretty much a zoo.

If you go to this store to shop or repair your Sprint phone, be prepared for a long wait and terrible customer service. Even the Lakeforest Mall location is understaffed. You are better off going to Best Buy or shopping online or calling customer service from the comfort of your own home/office.
