I love this place and the food. In fact, my whole family loves it. Even my very picky eater. He gets the white rice with chicken and shrimp. No veggies and no sauce. The only negatives are the portion sizes are smaller than they used to be and you now have to buy the special sauce if you want more than the one container they give you.

I love this food place. Not specifically this one but the chain. The food is fresh and they have a nice variety. I would like if they offered soy paper but besides that I eat here at least once a week!

We stopped by here on Sunday at 8:30 and ordered 5 hibachi meals 2 chicken, 1 tofu and 1 salmon. They were all huge and amazing! The staff is very helpful and the portions are huge! The chicken is tender and juicy. Will return!

This is more so like Sarku Japan which you find in mall food courts. They offer buy 5 get one meal free and stamp their business card. What I do like about them is that they have bubble tea(only 3 flavors but OK with me). They also have sushi. I had the chicken and shrimp hibachi with noodles and fiancé had the beef and shrimp hibachi. I preferred the chicken. The beef was just oily. Kind of lacked sauce. We ordered sushi as well and got the spicy crab and shrimp rolls(8 rolls for $ 5). Was in a hurry and stopped here. Food is ok. I asked for the vegetables to be put in a separate container because i didn’t want it touching my food and they said it would be 1.25 extra. i didn’t want extra or anything just for it to be separated. Thought that was really dumb.

Great portion of food for a very good price. I got a hibachi chicken and beef with a drink and spent under 10 $. Coke products are served. Sushi is also available. Would defiantly recommend.

Food taste great and the prices are fair. Love the card that allows you to get 1 Free meal after you’ve purchased your 5th meal. It doesn’t take me long before it’s time for my free meal! I’m obsessed with the sauce in the bottle on the tables. I have no clue what it is but I can’t get enough of it!

I knew we’d be in the area around dinnertime, so I looked around to see what was there. Despite the mixed review this restaurant has, we decided to try it. Boy am I glad we did. It’s definitely fast food as far as serving speed. However, the taste was that of a much more expensive restaurant. We both had the beef and shrimp hibachi with an additional 4 pieces of California Roll. The hibachis were tasty with ample proportions and the California Rolls were fresh. And the cost was less than half that of other hibachi places. A great find — and we’ll definitely be back.

The customer service is bad, the food was soggy and not flavorful, and the cooks were blasting bachata music over the intercom. I will avoid this place.

I was curious about this place since it opened up right next to chipotle. So today I decided to give it a try! I saw they did do take out so I decided to call them ahead of time since I was at work. Well their phone rang and rang and rang I called maybe for like a good 20mins!!! Smh! I was not liking that! So I said to myself well I’ll just go there and order and also find out if their phones work. Well when I go inside the line is long and on top of that there was a long line to wait for your food! Either they are slow it backed up but this was just not good! I ended up leaving and going to chipotle, ugh which I didn’t want but since I had to go back to work I had no choice! Very dissapointed in their service! If they are going to say they so take out then they need to PICKUPTHEIRPHONE! Worst service ver! Obviously I gotta come here on a weekend!

This restaurant is one of my usual stops for lunch. There can sometimes be a bit of a wait, but it’s never taken me more than ten minutes to get my food and be on my way again.(Well, let me rephrase that, it took me more than ten minutes exactly once, and that was because the person in front of me had literally ordered for *twenty* people without giving them any advance warning. So I can’t really blame the staff for that one.) The food is consistently good, and the portion sizes are ample. I usually get enough that I can make two meals out of it. Their«buy 5 get 1 free» special is a very good deal, and I’ve made use of it quite a bit. I very much recommend Quickfire if you’re looking for a decent meal for a good price.

I actually liked this place because it’s affordable and the food is tasty. I like the card where you buy 5 meals get the 6th free. But this afternoon I got so turned off when I seen a little cockroach running on the floor and one that was dead under our table. That’s disgusting and who knows what’s back there in the kitchen. I Don’t even know if I’ll return.

I ended up eating here because the Chipotle next door was closed and I was not disappointed. Ordered the Hibachi Chicken and Shrimp with fried rice and vegetables for $ 7.50, it was a lot of food and it came out fast. The food was really tasty, plus I added some sriracha and spicy mayo which can be found by the soda fountain and my taste buds definitely liked that. In a way, the food is kind of comparable to the teriyaki grills at mall food courts but with more choices. Nothing bad about that comparison at all since from time to time I enjoy a quick hibachi meal. Maybe next time that I’m in the area I’ll try their sushi as well.

Shes not yelling, its just the way she talks. The manager/owner lady that I think runs this place is actually very nice and polite. She comes across otherwise because she has some hard-ass consonants and she addresses the female customers as «Lady». I think thats awesome and would pull that off if I could. I think she means to say«maam» but I love hearing it and seeing the reactions of people so I wont correct her. So ive been coming to this place about 2 times a week for the past 2 months. For the quick lunch place that it is, I give it 4.5 stars. The chicken is particularly tender. They give you the option of rice(white or fried) or noodles but if you ask for both you will get half of each. The vegetables they have are pretty good. Portions are very adequate and Ive never had more than a 7 minute wait. Im still afraid to try the sushi but for no reason other than its not a «sushi place». It may be great. Very filling and a great value.

I am Japanese, I often missed Japanese food while I was in the US. I was glad when I found this restaurant. I like their obento style food and that tastes good for me. I kept coming here for dinner. I’d love to come here again next time when I visited MD.

So not as good as it used to be. The food has no flavor whatsoever anymore not even a dash of salt. If you don’t add any sauces whatsoever it wouldn’t even be edible :(My son(who loves his chicken & rice) took a few bites and just couldn’t stomach eating anymore of it. Maybe I just came on an off day but even the last time I came a few months ago the food was lacking. I don’t know what changed but they need to change it back. The prices are good though, I like the buy 4 or 5 get one free And they offer good selections and combos! Maybe they switched owners because when they first opened mostly everyone was Asian, now everyone is Hispanic… so that might be it… I don’t know but they need to bring back the flavor!!! So till then I may choose the spot in the mall for quick hibachi over this place, although they don’t have salmon :(

The hibachi is alright. Tastes very familiar to Sarku you can purchase at the food court of most malls. I give this place two stars based on the atmosphere. Currently I am seating here eating my food and listening to Latin music play over the speakers. I like Latin music, but not when I’m trying to have Japanese for dinner. Also, this restaurant is not the cleanest. The tables are not wiped down, the soda area is a mess, and their cooking area looks very questionable. The condiments(orange sauce and Sriracha) are all close to empty. I’m pretty disappointed as you can see, but I’ve purchased my dinner and I have to deal with it. This place would be much better if they fixed these details.

This place is basically a Sarku, a Hibachi fast food restaurant. The double meat is always a good deal. Chinese woned. They do a few things different like having the combinations and what not. It’s definitely fast food depending on when you go in and how far along the chicken is cooked. I’ve been here 3 times. Once the food was ready right when i finished paying. The other 2 times took about 10 minutes. The sauce is pretty good, get some spicy sauce to go with it. You’ll smell a bit like the hibachi chicken smell if you eat there.

Surprisingly, the service and food were good today!(I had given up on this place, but decided to give it one last chance.) The cashier, Sulema, was very courteous and spoke perfect English.(And NOT on her phone, unlike one of the other cashiers I’d often encountered.) There was light, contemporary music playing, instead of the typical Mexican music blaring at near painful levels. Even the line staff was courteous and friendly, rather than acting like I was an interruption to their day. All significant changes from my last visit! Hopefully this means the owner fired the previous manager and today’s experience is what to expected in the future. If, like me, you were annoyed and gave up on this place, it might be worth trying again. (If the owner reads this, PLEASE keep up THIS type of atmosphere and«quickly fire» anyone who tries to go back to the unprofessional way things were!)

My sister and I ate at the restaurant, but I’m only going to rate the food. Like others have said, this is a fast food style restaurant. True to it’s name, they sure were quick in getting out food to us. The food is served in take out containers and it’s a self serve place if you choose to eat in. The only difference is they don’t give you a bag to put the food in. They do have a buy 5 Hibachi get 1 hibachi Chicken free deal! Food: Decent food for a quick service Hibachi style place. It’s the first Hibachi place I’ve seen that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg to eat at. I got the Pick 2: Beef and Shrimp Hibachi w/½ Cali Roll. My sister got the Pick 2: Chicken and Beef Hibachi and ½ Philly Roll. The beef and chicken was good. the teriyaki sauce was alright, not awesome but good. I got a little bit of shrimp. You get a choice of noodles or fried rice, my sister and I both agreed that the noodles were the better choice. You get more fried rice, but the noodles tasted better with the hibachi than the fried rice. I The sushi rolls had WAY too much rice and not enough filler. They provide Sriracha sauce and that Asian mustard stuff in bottles by the soda fountain. My food tasted a lot better with it than without it. Overall, I’d give this place a 3.4. Better than a 3, but leaning closer to the 3 than the 4. I’d even pick this place over Chipotle every once in a while.
