Amazing. I have had the hot dog, the arepa, and the merengue dessert. Everything was soooo good. My husband loved the burger. We can’t wait to try more things from their menu. The owner is so friendly and warm. I love this Colombian spot!

My boyfriend and I went here the other day and loved it! I got the Colombian hotdog which was so delicious and he got the burger which he loved as well. It is a small menu, but everything looks so good! I will definitely be coming back soon.

Great service, good freshly made Colombian food for cheap, and very friendly staff that offered some free aguapanela with my maizitos. Worth checking out if you’re nearby at one of the car dealers or Costco. Wifi if you have an xfinitywifi account. Lots of good options, don’t be thrown off by the hot dog name.

I’ve been looking for great Colombian food for a while. Bogotano boyfriend and I usually make arepas and fried plantain at home, but it’s always better when someone else makes it, right? Delicious on its own merits as well as for an authentic experience, here are some do-not-miss items, whether you’re from Colombia or have no idea what would even constitute Colombian food: –perroloco: Instead of ketchup and mustard, this ‘dog is topped with crushed chips, bacon, quails egg, and an assortment of sauces. Some of them may sound bizarre, but I can assure you they taste wonderful combined. –papa criolla: This small, perfectly round type of potato is not found in the US. However, it is a Colombian specialty to serve it fried with yuca and an assortment of meats and sausages in a dish called fritanga, as well as on its own as papa criolla. The potatoes have slightly crunchy skins and slightly mushy insides. I was so excited to see it on the menu! –soda selection: Multiple flavors of Postobon as well as Colombiana. –arepas rellenas: Arepas are small cornmeal pancakes of sorts. If you’ve never had them before, I recommend trying them here, as they come as a side dish. They also have arepas rellenas(stuffed arepas) with cheese and different meats. If you are in the area or don’t mind traveling out to Gaithersburg for a little food-venture, make sure this is on your list. UPDATE: Totally forgot to add that the staff here is extremely friendly. They guided us through the menu and offered us juice to taste.

For my 300th Unilocal review, I decided to review a small local business that’s located across the street from Costco. It’s located by the Napa Auto Repair. This place isn’t much to look at, but overlook that and order the LocoBurger. What a burger for $ 7.50. I don’t think you can find a cheaper and delicious burger with all these toppings. You get an angus beef burger with ham and cheese on top, then it’s layered with lettuce, tomato, onion, bacon, chips. Then they add the tartar, pineapple, pink garlic and ketchup sauces on top. I really liked the pineapple sauce. I would give this place five stars if they can add some décor and lighting as it’s dark in there. Parking is limited, but there is parking in the back.

Amazing food! Great service! I walked in hearing music people talking, the noise level didn’t bother me. There was kids running out the door but, that didn’t bother me either. I went to give them my order there was a young man, that looked 16, or, 17. he asked me what I wanted. I read the menu I took a long time but they were patient. Then I ordered a «Loco Burger» And It was amazing! I’m gonna come here everyday! You should too!

This is my first Unilocal review, but I have to write it because this place was so awesome! My boyfriend and I both got the loco burger, which was definitely crazy! It was more than just a burger — it had pineapple, ham, bacon, tartar sauce, ketchup, mustard… and crushed chips! The flavors complemented each other soooo well, and the chips added a nice texture and crunch to each bite. Not only that, but the people working there were so friendly and nice :) the manager even had a personal conversation with us after the meal, which just goes to show that they care about their customers. This is definitely a place I will keep coming back to :)
