I have been to this place a few times. The quality of food varied between visits. Sometimes the food was fresh and flavourful and sometimes it was very bad. I like their special chicken biryani, cut mirchi chaat, chicken manchurian and goat sukha. I wish they were consistent. The service is usually fine and there is ample parking all the time.

The staff were very nice. The selection was minimal. Very spicy. Would of liked more vegetable dishes.

Hi everyone People who likes to have biryani, I advise all of you not to go here. By going through others reviews I came here but I was totally disappointing. Food was totally bad and no taste. Food here get a oil kinda smell which is really irritating. Compared to it the one in fairfax is far best. Don’t waste your money by ordering here.

Tried their hyderabadi chicken biryani a couple of years back and immediately got hooked to this place. It became my go-to place to get a biryani fix. Tried all their biryanis, they are usually pretty consistent with the quality. I have tried almost everything on their menu including the desserts. Found nothing that I did not like. They need to stock up on their desserts though. I never get what I want. Went several times during lunch and dinner, both on the weekdays and weekends. Their staff does not seem to change, no matter what day I go. They are friendly, but when the place gets busy, service gets really slow. It is understandable since they always seem to be short on staff.

Th Veggie Biryani is better than most that I have had at upscale restaurants… sooooo tasty! and I love that it is actually spicy and authentic tasting rather than being watered down and too Americanized. The Samosa chaat is also delicious! I highly recommend this place if you like authentic Indo-Pak food and lots of spice!

Great food, great service! I ordered food for pick-up and it was ready when I got there. Being Indian myself, I don’t like the«americanized» Indian food some restaurants serve. This Biryani was perfect, as was the butter chicken. I’m not sure that I would eat-in because it seemed somewhat dim when I arrived, but I would definitely order take-out again!

Hi there I went last night and what can I say I was disappointed. First I was expecting a sit down place but it was an Ikea/cafeteria style. You basically get your own water, silver ware and napkins. It seems to be a popular place with the young college age group. By the time I set myself up to eat the fun part of going out was gone. I ordered Biriyani and it was so hot I could not eat it I had to send it back. I also ordered the chicken lollipops and they were also too spicy for me and my family. The paneer was greasy and weak. The only thing kids could eat was rice and naan. We had to ask for onions and limes several times so it seems like they are short staffed. I will not go again and I don’t recommend it for families. However, If your a college kid or if your into super spicy this is your place.

Way too many bones In the biryani. Miss the old days when the food was better quality and not stingy!

Other reviewers are right, the food is spicy! I’m a spice fanatic, so usually if something is not spicy, i wont eat it. But this place goes over the top. I asked for regular hot for my goat biriyani spice level and i could barely eat the dish. I had to pour all the raitha(yogurt sauce) onto the rice so that it could cancel out some of the spice. Sweat dripping. Tongue out panting. Not one of my best moments… The biriyani also lacked meat. You always gotta go with lamb or goat for biriyani and my dish probably had 4⁄5 pieces at most, and they were tiny! I need MEAT, PEOPLE! I’ve tried this place before, awhile ago, and couldn’t remember how i felt about it, so I thought i would give it another try. Lets just say, it’s better to go somewhere else if you want good biriyani. I haven’t tried anything else on the menu but it doesn’t seem worth it to go back now when there are so many other good Indian places in the area.

The Biryani is the only thing that is good. I did get Chana bathura, veg fried rice and Manchurian but I would strongly recommend to stick to biryani since that’s the only dish they know how to cook Everything else was awful. And I totally agree that the service sucked big time.

Doesn’t deserve to only have 3 stars. My family had a wonderful experience here. Service was the best. She was very sweet and even gave a free mango lassi to my daughter. Food was top notch. It was modern and beautifully decorated. We will come again.

As a non-Hyderabadi reviewing Hyderabadi style biryani, I would say this is pretty on point. They make it as spicy as you like it, rice is always perfectly cooked, and the meat is tender. I have had their samosa chaat, which is delicious, but I keep coming back for the biryani. Service here is CRAP though. They seem to have only one girl at the register ever and she always has to check in the back to see if something can be altered on a dish, or if they still have any of the appetizers. I am more comfortable doing take out here than committing to having a seated meal.

Have been here for lunch and dinner… loved it both times! The first time I was here, I ordered medium chicken curry with rice and it wasn’t that spicy, but I’m a bit scared to try spicy… sometimes there is a huge difference between spicy and medium! Haha. So tonight, I was going to stick with the chicken curry I ordered last time, but the kitchen closed up shop for all foods except biryani! I guess they only serve Biryani during the last hour the restaurant is open, so I figured now is the best time to try it. I wasn’t entirely convinced the first time because the description for biryani was«it’s THE biryani. enough said.» If you’re into Russian Roulette then maybe… try something based off that description. BUT… after receiving my order of biryani, this may actually be the best way to describe this fantastic tasting dish! Definitely recommend coming here and giving it a try! :)
