Paisano’s Pizza

Disappointed –They put mayo on 1 of the subs that we ordered, when specifically asked for it no/​mayo due to someone being allergic. Instead of making a big deal about it and having to wait another 45 minutes for delivery, I just switched subs. Ordered Cokes and they sent Sprite. …You get it THEIR way!!! Not looking to order for delivery in the near time future.

My family eats from here twice a week and every weekend. Wings, pizza, cheese fries calzone (the very best I have ever had) salads I mean everything is the best. And the quality of the food and presentation are unmatched. Thanks for your great food and customer service guys.

I ordered carryout on a Tuesday night. I was told it would be at my house within 40 minutes. After waiting for an hour I called back and was told it was on the truck. I cancelled my order. if they could not deliver in a timely fashion they should have told me and I would have gone elsewhere

Paisano’s is my «go to» for pick up or delivery in the area. Solid, great tasting pizza and very consistent. My complaint with the chain pizza places is mainly the inconsistency of quality, and Paisano’s seems to do much better in this area than their competitors. Not to mention it’s just better tasting pizza in general. I’ve dined in a couple of times at this location and enjoyed it very much. I’ve only tried one of their many Italian sandwiches on the menu but the one I had was delicious. The staff is pretty friendly and they have a couple of decent beers on tap as well. All around it’s a really good pizza place in my opinion.

Since I only had ten minutes in between two appointments, I decided to get takeout from Paisano’s Pizza. I got Chicken Tenders, Chicken Caesar Salad, and Baked Ziti.
The Chicken Tenders were seasoned with salt and pepper, breaded and deep-​fried. They paired nicely with Honey Mustard dipping sauce.
The Chicken Caesar Salad consisted of crisp romaine lettuce, parmesan and feta cheese, and seasoned croutons tossed in a homemade Caesar dressing and topped with lightly seasoned grilled chicken. I felt like the feta cheese was a strange addition.
The Baked Ziti consisted of ziti in marinara sauce topped with ricotta and mozzarella cheeses. I felt like there was too much cheese on top and not enough mixing through the pasta and sauce.

First time trying Paisano’s as neither the boyfriend nor I have one near our homes. Staying in a hotel for a mini-​staycation for our anniversary, I cooked the first two days but was feeling slightly under the weather today and didn’t feel like doing so. Felt this was the perfect time to try Paisano’s, as I’m a pizza addict and he is not. Ordered a large 3 topping pizza for me for today and leftovers to take to work tomorrow, a club sandwich with fries for him, and free zeppoles for our first online order.
The ordering process was *very* easy, we were promised delivery within 40 minutes. Took about 35. Delivery driver was polite, took the food up to our room. I would give this a *slightly* higher rating if the pizza was hotter, it was far from cold but not as hot as it would be had I had it AT the restaurant. I loved the crust, the sauce and cheese were good, I like the balance. Cheese had a sharpness I appreciated. Toppings were plentiful without being over abundant.
Boyfriend’s club sandwich was abundant, looked and smelled amazing, and the fries were also good. The zeppoles could also have been slightly better hot and fresh, but were still VERY good. Addictively so, and I’m not a sweets person.
We will definitely try Paisano’s again, probably for take-​out as, once again, we don’t live within delivery range. Was the price higher than the big chains? Sure… but it was also a higher quality product and they have much more variety. We will be trying more pizzas, subs and gyros, I am hoping to give it 4 stars next time :) This really should be a 3.5 to 3.75 rating, if I could do partial stars.
Also, I like it cold, which is a HUGE plus!

I came here undecided what to eat. Usually I’ll have pizza which is really good but i decided to try something different at this location. Since my favorite Is chicken parmesan i ordered the dinner size. I definitely don’t recommend this dinner. The chicken is bland and barely any taste in the sauce which is also not enough sauce. Overall the pizza is. ⁵⁄₅ in this area. Just don’t get the chicken parm. Go to Brio or timpanos for pasta

Giving this place a neutral review. I ordered a bunch of pizza when they had a crazy special. Dined in when they had some skins players come out. It’s an Italian restaurant that didn’t WOW me with anything in particular. I will try this place again if someone suggests some exciting dish that stands out. Maybe order pizzas on the next 3 $ pizza deal.

Just average. Can’t see why some people think its so great. About exactly what you would expect from a chain pizza and subs place. Not too good, not too bad. Tried both the pizza and steak and cheese sub. Potomac Pizza is better.

In short, this pizza is delicious, dependable and customer-​centric.
I’ve ordered from the Muddy Branch location plenty of times, but I wanted to remark that this place was open on New Years — as others. But because I’ve only had good experiences with Paisano’s, I ordered pizza to be delivered and within less than 30 min my order was at the door. Thanks and Happy 2016 folks.

Paisano’s has excellent pizza and excellent service! As an MCPS teacher it is excellent to have a local business that supports our educational community. Paisano’s offers a monthly raffle to MCPS teachers and I was lucky enough to be a recipient of one of the pizza parties! My students absolutely loved the pizza and Paisano’s was very generous with the amount of pizza they gave us. There was even enough pizza for some teachers! Paisano’s gets an A+ for their food and service!

We decided to be spontaneous with eating here and boy was it a disaster. We walk in, a couple in line waiting ahead of us and all 3 waitress’s on the phone. No one acknowledged us or decided that maybe 2 people work the phones and one handle the walk-​ins… 8 minutes later (if It was up to me I would’ve left) we placed our simple order that was too complicated for the waitress. Chicken parm with fries and wings with fries! (See, that simple) food arrived quickly but their signs failed to mention the chicken parm wasn’t your normal classic breaded chicken parm but grilled! Imagine the mess with sauce and cheese. Wish I captured a pic but I didn’t want to make my hubby uncomfortable. My wings were nice and spicy and FAT. I was literally pulling fat off the chicken drum. Disgusting! I ate 3 of the wings and by the fourth I was turned off at how uncooked the drums were. A group of kids next to us ordered a pizza which looked delicious but looks can be deceiving. I don’t know that I’ll return. I posted pics of the nasty, fat chicken wings! I gave them a 2 bc the portion size was decent even though we didn’t eat all the food.

I had ordered a plain cheese pizza earlier this summer from this location. It was still piping hot while I consumed the first few slices.
This is exactly what a cheese pizza should be; well balanced with the dough, cheese, and sauce. The pizza was cooked perfectly with no black charring. The bottom of the pizza was nicely crisped, which gave each slice some structure while eating it. This was the hands tossed version, which I would have definitely classified as thin.
If I’m in a mood for gluttony, I’ll definitely order another cheese pizza from here again. Lastly, the staff was friendly and helpful.

At work we order from this Paisano’s every time we get Pizza. BP and I ordered on our own during their customer appreciation week from 8÷24−8÷30÷2015. A 1-​topping large was $ 4.99, carry-​out only. I called our two pies in and we were told the pizzas would be ready in 15 minutes. We were late to pick them up, but the food was ready and waiting.
The only complaint I had was that I had to yell my order in when I called. The female I was speaking with said she could not hear me and ended up placing me on hold and having me speak to a male co-​worker. When I when to the store to pick up the pies I realized they could not hear me: Because of the super loud overhead fans!
Anyway, the pies were superb, best we have had in a LONG time! I ordered one chicken and the other one mushroom, both thin crust. The ingredients used were fresh, taste, and overall great qualify. A complete bargain! I also got plenty of crushed red pepper packets and Parmesan cheese, always a plus not getting jipped on the essentials.

Moving from New York to Maryland it was very hard to find good pizza. We tried many different spots for carry out, but this is the one we keep coming back to and is our favorite. Thin, crispy crust, just the perfect amount of cheese, they crisp up the pepperoni just so. For Maryland standards, its very good pizza.

We ordered the Pepperoni & Cheese Stromboli, Italian Cold Cut, Onion Rings, and Garlic Knots. The order was delivered fast, prices are reasonable. I must note that the minimum delivery order is $ 8, which I think is way better then some other delivery services. Everything was very good! I gave them 4 stars because the dough could be a little softer (a little tough, but not inedible). I love bread so this is important to «me.» I will definitely order from them again.

This is my jobs go-​to spot for team lunches. I have yet to figure out why. Maybe they give them huge discounts? The pizza is awful. Always super greasy and the cheese tastes like it has been sitting out. The crust is really good though, and they always include salad in their catering which is what I end up eating. No bueno on that pizza though.

Fabulous quality for the price. I am usually not a HUGE fan of pizza chains but this one (along with Vocelli’s) are two of the best in the area. The ingredients are super fresh too!
I not only love their pizza (and I have had many of the veggie and meat toppings, all of which are delicious), but their tuna salad subs are great too! They do not use a lot of mayo in the tuna salad which is good b/​c I hate when it is more mayo than tuna and they do not put any dill anything in there which I am not a fan of.
The french fries are also very tasty.
I would fully 100% recommend this place. The cheese is amazing, even when reheated later (although I use my toaster instead of microwave to keep the crust crisp).
The garlic knots are heavenly and the bread they use for the pizza crust, sandwiches and knots is all delicious.
I will even admit I have tried their desserts and those are great too.
All in all, I have nothing negative to say. The staff is excellent and extremely friendly, even when they are busy. I usually call and carry out and the process is very seamless and quick.

We ate inside. Service was fast and the food was fresh but a little plain and lacked flavor. (I ordered a chicken gyro)
Not bad

This place was nothing amazing as far as food goes. I ordered the Cheese steak special and mild wings. The steak was below average but the wings were good. My entire reason for giving 4 stars is because of how clean this place was and the two employees that I did interact with were very polite and helpful. That’s hard to find these days. I won’t give up on the food just yet, I still want to try a couple other things.
