Metro Dry Cleaners

I have been going to Metro Dry Cleaners for many many years. They have such a friendly staff who work hard to make sure their customers are happy. I have used them for all of my dry cleaning needs as well as tailoring suits, pants and shirts when I lost a bunch of weight. They did a great job on all of them.
I have never had any issues with their service. They are consistent, friendly, and timely. I don’t know what else you would want from a dry cleaners.

Such a friendly staff. Fast and efficient and they are always striving to make the customers happy. I always feel well taken care of when I bring my items in to either get altered or dry cleaned. The lady at the front is a delight, she is always in a good mood. This is the only place I bring my clothes to get altered, def would recommend this place!!!

I used this dry cleaners for about 2 years and they did a pretty good job with clothes and also a few hemming jobs. I was very happy up until a couple weeks ago. I brought in an expensive purse that had an ink stain. They weren’t sure they could get it out but they were willing to try. When I got it back all the hardware on it was completely corroded and the zippers were covered in powder and rusted shut. I detached the handle and kept it before leaving the purse with them and was able to show the handle with the same hardware was in brand new condition.
When I pointed this out and they said they didn’t wash the purse, only removed the stain so it wasn’t them that did this. I was shocked… all the sudden their english wasn’t so easy to understand and they recommended that I scrub all the hardware with fabric softener. This is the kind of place that won’t admit to making a mistake. They would rather lose a customer than admit they ruined my purse. Very unprofessional.
Won’t be going back for any dry cleaning needs.
