Rude and disrespectful staff run this«jewelry store.» Apparently shopping for a wedding band is not a qualifying factor to get any customer service at this place. I was there on 7÷7÷15 at 7:40pm and the employee was more preoccupied with what was on his laptop than showing me potential wedding bands for purchase. I managed to see two rings until suddenly he locked up the display and went back to «work» on his laptop, leaving me all by myself with no assistance. I was clearly still browsing and needed assistance. Finally, I requested more help and he got upset. Seeing his frustration, I asked«am I interrupting you?» and he replied«yes you are interrupting me, what do you want?» …that’s the last time I’ll ever even consider shopping at this store! I will never recommend this place and will discourage all my family and friends from shopping here. Terrible customer service. Very rude staff. I’m surprised they’re still in business with all of the other quality jewelry stores available in this mall. Don’t waste your time at this place. They don’t deserve your business. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

This place does fantastic custom work. If you have a special ring or other piece of jewelry that needs repair done the right way, I would recommend this place first. We’ve had two rings worked on here, both with excellent results. The first was a platinum-banded engagement ring that was taken in a whole size(it was cut) and re-soldered. It looks perfect. The repair was done using additional correct metal by request because the ring wearer is allergic to nickel. You really cannot tell that the ring was cut at all, even up close, and it only took an hour. The second ring was another engagement ring belonging to a different family member. It was 30 years old and the diamond had come loose. The repair was to replace the whole worn-out setting with a new one, re-set the stone, and enlarge the ring. They polished the final product and, again, the finished product looks like a brand new ring. Oh – they’ve also replaced several watch batteries for me– no complaints there either.

I bought a necklace as a Christmas present for someone in 2010 from Jewelry Creations a few days before Christmas. It turns out that the piece was not right for the intended recipient, but the people who own and operate the store would not allow me to return the necklace because it was more than three days since I bought it. They did not mention the time restriction to me when I bought it. Even if they had done so, I was traveling for the holiday and could not have returned it within that time frame anyhow. Who the heck has a policy like that during the Christmas season. I tried pleading with them to give me a refund, but they refused, saying that it was against«store policy». «It’s your store and your policy!!!». Now I’m stuck with a store credit to a place who couldn’t care less about their customers. They really only care about making money at Jewelry Creations. I recommend going to another place for your jewelry purchases.
