What I bought: Beer
What I think: This place i would say is the best bargained place to buy beer + wine but if everywhere is closed this place is definitely opened. It was X-​mas night and I had to buy some beers to my friends house I started to look around and it seems like everywhere was closed but to my surprise this place was close by and it was opened! Big lifesaver!

When my coworkers and I are feeling particularly classy after lunch we sometimes stop here for lotto tickets. We are yet to win the mega millions, but the more we play the better our odds, right?
This place doesn’t offer much, but they an adequate selection of beer and wine. Also tons of lotto scratchers if you are into that type of thing. The inside is a bit dumpy, but it is about what you would expect from a place called Grog (I gave it an extra star just for the name).

Got completely lost in the outer burbs on my way back from getting my emissions certificate (note — that is completely bloody different from the State inspection, which I did not need at all and dropped $ 80 on), and I saw this place and I dropped in to get some directions and some beer.
Five stars for the directions, 3 stars for the beer selection.
When did Leffe become the find-​it-​anywhere Belgian beer?
They had about 15 — 20 types of beer on offer in the fridge, which I was bemonaing only to turn around and see a few shelfs of Belgium’s — and the US microbrew’s — finest — all prices about $ 5 or $ 6 above what you would see in the better stores though… but, as they say, good enough in a pinch.
