their price are extremely high. I recently obtained a so called free estimate for replacing my hot water tank and it was three times more than every other estimate for the same product.

We purchased a new Trane AC and Furnace back in 2008 from FH Furr. In 2009 the coil and thermostatic valve needed to be replaced (thankfully under warranty), in 2015 we are now replacing the same exact thing (not under warranty). We have now gotten several estimators who have come out and have told us that we were sold a unit with R22 vice 410-​A. R22’s are phased out by the govt. Not pleased. Quality of work sucks and now I question the integrity of their sales people.
