I’ve been using Environmental Septic as my septic tank service for over 10 years and they have always provided consistently excellent services. However, when I recently had a discharge pipe from my house to the tank fail, they took it up a notch.
I called them after hours and they responded out to my house at 6:30AM the next morning. They were able to pump my tank and diagnose the problem, which involved a good deal of excavation. The owner, Vernon, personally oversaw the work and gave me several options with varying prices as to how the issue could be resolved.
Vernon finished the replacement of the clogged pipe himself, and gave me some tips on how to prevent the problem from occurring again. Even with the emergency call and extensive digging involved, I felt the price they charged me was more than reasonable. Environmental Septic did outstanding work, leaving the job site clean and hauling away the old pipe. They got me back up and running with minimal inconvenience. Awesome job, guys!
