Dunkin’ Donuts

This is the absolute worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. I ordered an iced Coffee, not knowing that there was a special on lattes and macchiattos, so asked for a refund and change of coffee. The guy had not even made my drink and flat out said that the dunkin donuts did not give refunds. I asked him why, he said it was because he was new and did not know how to give refunds. However, he wanted to make me buy another coffee to get the special. What an idiot.

I just moved to Montgomery Village and this will now be my home DD. The one in Germantown off 355 is absolutely disgusting and the one off Wisteria Drive in Germantown always manages to get your order wrong.
So far, no major complaints from this DD. They can be a little slow with your order and forget to give you some stuff, but that’s because they get very busy in the morning. It’s prime real estate for them because they’re catching all of the morning rush hour traffic going towards I-​270. Good idea for DD to put a location there. They have a few leather lounge chairs in addition to their regular seating chairs. Seems like they’re trying to make be a cozy coffee shop. Nothing wrong with that, just make sure someone comes out from time to time to wipe the tables clean for other customers. They do have Free WiFi which is a plus.
Everyone should know by now what’s on the menu at DD. My recommendations are the turkey sausage, egg, and cheese on croissant. It’s not on the menu, but you can ask them to make it that way. The Big and Toasted is good. It’s bacon, 2 eggs, and cheese on buttered texas toast. I feel as though they don’t put enough bacon on the sandwich, so I always ask for extra bacon. The ice coffee is usually good. Don’t make the mistake by asking for sugar in addition to your flavored sweetened ice coffee because you’ll be sipping sugar right through your straw.

This dunkin store is my go to. It’s always clean and pleasant. Julia makes my egg and cheese wraps perfectly every time. The rest of the staff are friendly and efficient.

My family and I dropped in here last night for some smoothies and a box of donuts for breakfast the next day. This is a fine location, tidy and spacious, with adequate parking and great, speedy service. The donuts were delicious. What more can you ask for from a Dunkin Donuts? :-)

Great place for casual wifi surfing. 2 wall outlets. They just got all their pumpkin flavors in which is awesome, had a pumpkin donut which was nice, soft and moist. the bandwidth of their wifi is 8Mbps on average which is better than most places around this area. The crew is often very friendly and gets orders done quick as possible. I would advise coming afternoon to early evening for best service.

A decent dunkin donuts store. I ordered a dunkaccino and a chocolate cake donut and jelly filled donut (plain). I like the dunkaccino a lot. The cake donut was good. The jelly was ok, but a little dry and the jelly was not evenly distributed enough. Customer service was friendly, but they forgot to give me my food (medium dunkaccino). They fixed it quickly after I complained about it.

The people working the store have a hard time understand English. In addition they in a English/​Hindi mix the is hard to understand. I had to repeat myself 4 times for each item of my order. Even then, they could not get it right.

Nice small dunkin donuts. FIll out survey on the receipt and get a free donut next time with a purchase of medium drink. The iced tea have different sizes but are all the same price. I don’t like the coffee as much as other places, but I liked the iced tea. The donuts are good and they also offer a variety of food like the steak and cheese on toast. The hash browns are good but it comes in a small bag.
Free WiFi is always a plus I didn’t get a chance to settle down and get work done here I was craving coffee and in a rush. The Service is definitely good. Thanks Evelyn!

Always changes, with quality of coffee. Staff seems lost, especially late afternoon and evenings. Used to go here all the time, now just go in a pinch. Really sad.

This is my new favorite place for coffee. The iced mocha is the best tasting I have had, it beats Starbucks and is much cheaper. This location is cozy, and there is a leather seating area with a low table which makes it the reason I like this particular location instead of the one on Rt. 28. Now that Chloe’s closed, a place to hang out with a friend to chat is great, and SBucks is always crowded. I have come in to DD in the middle morning, and late evening. It is always clean and the food is fresh. I rarely eat donuts, but brought some home for my kids the other night and they loved them. It’s nice to get 6 and be able to pick out two of three different types. Everything is ready very fast and once when cream was mistakenly put in my friends drink, they gave her a new cup and we had an extra. Making mistakes is normal for any business, it’s how the issues are remedied that shows superior management and training. This place is fantastic.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I can’t say much about the coffee because I never got any. There is not much feedback on Unilocal about this place, but on Four Square — all the «tips» people say about this place is that it has the worst service. Boy, they aren’t lying.
I walked in, two people waiting for their orders. The female employee gets the coffee ready. No «Hello» or «I’ll be right there» for me. No biggie, she’s busy. I’ll wait at the register. The employee places the coffee down for the customer, then the customer leaves. The customer turns around to make another coffee. No acknowledgement still. After 8 minutes of waiting, we turn around and walk out.
Maybe we caught her on a bad day. Maybe we should have said hello first. Maybe she was busy. Maybe we should have been more patient. But this Dunkin Donuts is on a prime street and should have better service than what we had.
If you have more patience, feel free to sit on the couch they have there. I’m sure it’s there for a reason.
