Bed Bath & Beyond

It’s a basic BB&B. Not very big and no health and beauty section. Take the drive to the Rockville location for a bigger selection. But, you can sill find some really good deals at this location. The employees are friendly and parking is definitely better than in some other locations. Lots of clearance sections all over the store!

It’s just like other Bed, Bath and Beyond store. However, the employees here were extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. When I was at the store in Providence Place Mall, the employees always asked if I found everything ok and always offered to provide help. Here, you can’t find noone anywhere. Another minus point was that we had to bring our own bag. They don’t give out bags!!!

I get 20% off coupon texted and emailed to me. The coupon is automatically taken off of the highest priced item. I am here almost once a month buying something and anything for my home. They have pretty good sales often. The cashiers are nice, staff is knowledgable on items in the store, and alwyays had a good experience at this location.

Awesome store, very well setup. We met with Anthony and he’s great. He’s very helpful and nice. Best customer service i’d had in awhile. He was able to order a product that they ran out of and even had it shipped to me to save me some trouble. I really appreciated all he did for me and felt like he cared about me as a customer. I’ll definitely be returning to this location.

Meh mostly because this place is *much* smaller (read: «has a significantly smaller selection) than the Rockville location I’m accustomed to, and because it actually feels claustrophobic to me!

Right when you enter you’re inundated with tons of merchandise that have been marked down and on clearance. If you can make it past those without a full cart, hats off to you, m’friend!
I was looking for some rugs, a nice large piece of artwork for my bedroom wall, and a storage bench for my living room. I walked out with something like five or six items, and only one on my «to-​buy» list (the storage bench). Go figure. It happens at IKEA and it happens here. At least they honor the 20% off coupons for each of my items. It’s not that they don’t have a good enough selection, it was that my tastes didn’t align with what they did have.
The store is crowded with STUFF, so be careful walking around. There are items on the floor, in hallway crates, and prodding from the wall.

made a return for my aunt and she accidentally gave me the wrong receipt.
I was able to make the return and get store credit and the person helping me also said that if I were to bring back the right receipt and the receipt and store credit back I could get the refund back the way I paid :)

I like this BB&B because it is just minute from my house. I give 2 stars because the day I really needed a coupon, the cashier swore me that they dont have coupon for costumers, that I have to come with my one. Usually a cashier help me w/​a coupon.

The manager, Chris, is awesome. He helped my new husband and me fill out our wedding registry — he spent about 3 hours with us walking through the store.
The selection is OK — Rockville has more, but this is convenient and the sales staff are very nice.

Dear Dude Working the Wedding Registry,
First of all, I would like to express my deepest apologies for not warning you. No human or non-​human should ever have to endure what you did. Engineers are going to have to re think modern plumbing after they see the devastation that was flushed.
The two bathrooms are located in the front by the entrance, once you pass the sliding doors move to the right. Very clean with no disturbances at all. Even had time to send some emails, make a sandwich, and file my taxes… all without a single knock.
This location is not as busy as the Rockville one, but I would mention that parking and some of the driving logistics gets hectic around lunch time.
4 stars for the employee who didn’t run after me, the cleanliness of the bathroom, and the fact that it’s not very busy.

I use this BB&B frequently because of it’s location — Trader Joe’s and Costco are both just a minute away and it makes for easy shopping trips. More often than not, I come here for their huge variety of K-​Cups for the Keurig. I mean, I don’t think there are enough coffee-​drinking days in the year to try everything they have on the shelves!
The store isn’t usually busy, there is ample parking, and they have all the cool things you never thought you needed yet always end up buying. Darn you, IKEA syndrome! All of the employees I’ve encountered have been very nice and turn a blind eye to the fact that my 20% off or $ 5 off coupons expired months ago.
Return policy is very lenient and the customer service will make price adjustments on your items well past the deadline. As a customer, I feel loved!

This BB&B is smaller then the one in Rockville, but it’s two key selling features are: 1) it’s near my house and 2) it’s almost always empty (as opposed to the one in Rockville that is always PACKED with crazy knockoff JuicyCouture velour sweatpants wearing soccer moms snarling for that last SmartChop like it’s the only thing that is standing between her and killing the hot 26 year old receptionist that her husband is not-​so-​secretely having a torrid love affair with).
However, because it’s smaller, the selection isn’t as great as it is in Rockville… but I’ll live.
