Airpark towing is a one stop shop. Not only were they able to assist my sister when she was broken down far from home but they also repaired her car same day for a very competitive price! I can truly say that Airpark Towing and Repair has given me peace of mind while I and my family are on the road knowing that fast and reliable service is just a phone call away!!! Originally, I wrote a pretty nasty review of this company in light of a crappy experience I recently had with having my car towed. I was surprised that mine was the only bad review, since I figured most would’ve had a similar experience. After posting it, one of the owners contacted me to try and make it right. He spoke to the driver that handled our transaction, and kept in regular contact with me to try and fix the situation. In light of the effort on the part of the company to try and remedy the situation, I am changing my review. They have a good work ethic, and appear to be dedicated and conscientious. I can appreciate it when a small business takes extra steps to be professional and provide customer satisfaction.

I have been using Airpark for almost a year now and they have always been courteous and professional. Repairs are done on time and estimate, and I never feel pressured to have additional work done. Alex is knowledgeable and very responsive whenever I have any questions or concerns. I take both of our family cars there, and will definitely continue to do so in the future!
