Horrible customer service. Customer service employees seem unhappy & are not very friendly. Management unavailable. I asked the cashier to check a price on an item before I purchased it. He did & I decided I didn’t want it. He set it aside and rung up the rest of my stuff. When I got home I looked at my receipt & happened to find the item that was price checked was on the receipt. I called them & asked for the manager. Waited for 10 minutes & electronics department picked up. I told them I was holding for the manager. They put me on hold for another 10 min. I hung up & called back 2 more times & finally I talked to a customer service representative & she had no empathy for what happened or the fact that I had drive 70 minutes round trip to go there, then have to stand in their ridiculously slow line. Well I went and stood in the line to be greeted by a woman who was snooty. She didn’t(& still doesn’t) know what I went through to get my money back so no reason to be snooty with me. She seemed like she was like that with most people, thought. Very disappointing experience

Compared to the other Walmarts this one is more up to date, possibly because it’s just two years old. The store is wired to give shoppers free WiFi on their mobile devices which is a plus as their tin roof hinders mobile network connections. The only minus is that I would not recommend buying their fried or rotisserie chicken as they look and taste over cooked all the time. But other than that it’s one of the better Walmarts so far.

This Walmart has the worst designed parking lot of any where. If you go, you will see. In a college town, it’s good because far from campus and not crowded on game days. It is crowded on the first of the month, though.

first off, I absolutely love how friendly everyone is. Second, i can not say enough about their organic items they have to choice from with a great price. 3. i wish they had a bigger fresh vegetable area, however that too has so many organic and/or natural selection. Time to get my health on @ a great price to boot! WOOT

It’s far from campus, but that’s okay because I’ll take this location over Archer rd any day. I can find what I want, it’s clean, and the overall selection is better than the other locations. I may not come here often since it’s out of the way but I’m guaranteed to find what I want.

I like this place far better than most of the other Walmarts in Gainesville. Its massive, and new. I do 60−70% of my shopping here, and compliment the rest with Publix, and Sams club. Its not Whole foods, or Trader Joe’s as too was alluded to by Colleen above. However, the savings are just really good, and hard to beat. Caution: parking lot is very large, and although there are cameras, I’ve gone there by myself, and wouldn’t feel comfortable letting my wife go alone. Otherwise, the place is typically«comfortably» full.

It’s new, it’s clean, it’s close by my house. I go here for random items, but I wouldn’t really trust buying produce or other fresh items from here. I love Publix too much. Buying detergent and other household items here is totally worth it though.

Ok, so I decided to grocery shop at the Supercenter one time to check out the products and prices, and let me tell you I was sort of disgusted and disappointed. Their produce was limp and really gross. Their cilantro was wet & dying and each bunch they had contained yellow and black leaves; their cucumbers looked horrible as if they were the rejects tossed out from the good ones; they ran out of French bread. who runs out of French bread? Maybe I went at a bad time, I don’t know. But the Supercenters I’ve been to have not ever looked like that. I wasted my time here and still ended up at Publix. I’ve concluded that I’d rather pay a little more for better looking produce… the end.
