I’ve been searching for a good pedicure place since moving to Gainesville 7 months ago. I shied away from this place because of the poor reviews — mistake! I’ve just had one of the nicest $ 25 pedicure experiences in my life. Great polish selection, friendly staff, clean premises, careful work, and a lovely hot stone massage. I look forward to repeating this experience every month. Thank you TJ Nails!

Went a few times – always with an appt., but I would get pushed aside for walk-​ins. Sometimes, a man would do SNS, as I had requested. Other times, I would get a woman who hurt me with the drill. I never knew who would do the pedicures and/​or waxing. I always tipped for each service, but they were so rude. The last time that I had an appt., I finally walked out without being served.

Will never return! Went a couple of times for pedis and they did an ok job. Went for an eyebrow wax and the woman took half of my eyebrows away! The woman got the manager when I began to complain. The manager took $ 2 off the price and when I kept complaining she said I could fix it with an eyebrow pencil. I gave her the $ 4 cash I had in my purse and said if she wanted more than that for a horrible service she would have to run my credit card.
