The ladies at Master’s Touch are amazing! As a 40 something with lots of gray hair I am amazed every time Kim Ferguson colors my hair. You would never know I wasn’t born with it! The shop is relaxing and drama free! Love these ladies… they are more than our hair dressers… they are our family!

I am the probably the pickiest person in the world about my hair since I have the worst hair in the world to work with. I love the girls here and they are amazing. I won’t let anyone ever color or cut my hair ever again. I wait until I go through Gainesville to get my hair done. Working with horses and wearing a hat most of the time makes«hat hair» miserable but I now love my hair. The owner is a sweetheart. Love my Kim.

I’m a dark brunette and decided to go blonde about a month ago. I wanted to go lighter. I had some nasty roots that needed some attention so I went there and visited Michele. I explained to her, in very specific detail what needed to be done with, and to, my hair. She said that would be no problem. When she got started she was very messy and got some dye on my hands. I then noticed that they dye was a dark brown. I asked why she was using this color and she said it would all blend in the end. I trusted her, which was my first mistake. At the end, when it was dry, there were still roots and she made my hair darker. Her reasoning was that there were lighter streaks in my hair. I didn’t want lighter streaks, I wanted lighter all over! My hair was also fried. She used the worst products on my hair and it dried it out completely. I have long hair andI might have to cut it off now because it’s so dry. I confronted her about this and she told me I could reschedule so she could fix it, which was fine. But I don’t want her going anywhere near my hair ever again. I paid $ 75 for this and I’m requesting my money back. I learned my lesson though: Don’t trust little country towns with ignorant, uneducated people, who have no idea what they’re doing and don’t know how to listen.
