The Best Restoration

Carlos Lugo and Kenny came on-​site to my apartment complex today. Both gentlemen were incredibly polite and worked their asses off to ensure all my issues were resolved by the close of business. I can’t say thank you enough to these guys! I wouldn’t call anyone else.

This is the most overpriced carpet cleaning I have ever experienced. I have used Stanley Steamer and several others. Normally which ever fits in my schedule. Well, I was quoted $ 120.00 for three rooms. That sounds great, they asked would I like my two area rugs on the sides of the bed cleaned (they are rather small last 3 companies did it for free (I was charged 55 dollars for the two area rugs. If I was quoted the price first I would have said never mind but I was unaware of the expense until he was complete. I explained to him they have higher prices than the last three companies I used and I will not be recommending or using them again. There was nothing done to recover my business. I wish them the best of luck with other companies with name recognition offering lower prices. *** I was called seven days after my initial review and the manager rectified the situation by crediting me for the area rugs. I appreciate the communication and quick response. I will try them again in the near future.

I had scheduled a steam clean multiple weeks in advance and the evening before, 5PM, they called to cancel my 10 am appointment because there was a meeting that their employees had to attend. The reason why I wanted my carpet to be steam cleaned was because I have a baby on the way… any day now. I was very upset that they called the night before to cancel on me. I then said that I can have them come anytime of the day, even after the meeting. The secretary stated that their meeting was for all day. My question is… how do you not know if there is a meeting for the day that you have a booking? I stated that I would like a discount or I will not continue their service. The secretary stated she will ask her manager. I then asked for a phone call to confirm a discount. As you may have guessed, it was next afternoon and I never got a phone call. So I called again and the person that picked up stated that she had no idea about me getting a possible discount. I stated that I would like a phone call to let me know if there would be a discount. So of course I never got a phone call again. I called the next day again and then they said they would give me one room for free. Due to their lack of professionalism, and even after me continuously calling them back about getting a discount, I cancelled with them and went with a more reputiabe company, Stanley Steamer, even if I had to pay more. At least they were able to fit me in the same day as calling them and their costumer service was amazing. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!

I work as a CSR at a local insurance agency and have had the pleasure of referring three of our clients to Jorge for water damage claims. He called our clients immediately and was at their homes to provide assistance within minutes. I received phone calls back from all three letting me know how well they were treated and how much they appreciated how quickly Jorge and his team got to work on repairing their damaged floors, walls, and cabinets. I will only refer my clients to The Best Restoration because they truly are «Masters of Disasters» and have proven they are the best at what they do!

I have rented steam cleaners and thought our carpet came out nice and clean in the past but I had never had it professionally cleaned. WOW, what a difference! The carpet looks like and feels like new again. It is fluffy and soft and looks really white again. I can’t believe the difference it made and for a very good price, just $ 50 for our whole house via a coupon on Gift Certificates and More.
The technicians arrived punctually and were very professional and friendly. They had these cool little foam lifting pads they used for our furniture which lifted it up out of the way so they could get underneath our tables and chairs, etc. Everything came out really well and they were done in less than an hour.
If you want to have your carpets looking and feeling like new again without paying to replace it, I highly recommend these guys. My wife and I are extremely happy with the results. Thank you Best Restoration!

Best Restoration is hired by Collier Companies. This week, my porch was to be powerwashed. I cleared the porch off last week as requested by management. On Tuesday, someone came to clean the porch. The result: the porch; floor and walls are FILTHY and there is a stinch everytime I walk onto the porch ~ like mildewed bleached rags. The KICKER is that the operator powerwashed the SCREENS and now they are shredded. It is Friday and nothing has been done about either. I have no control over who my complex hires, but I certainly wouldn’t trust this company if I were looking to hire someone on my own!

Best Restoration did an excellent job cleaning my sectional couch. They did an extremely thorough job – two men spent well over an hour cleaning and treating the couch. I’ve had superficial cleanings done before where one person whizzed through the job in a half hour. The cost of the cleaning was $ 115 and they were nice enough to clean a portion of my carpet where my dog had an accident for no extra charge. I will definitely use them again for this and other cleaning jobs. They do everything.
