I placed an order of their«Precious Moments» floral arrangement. I also requested some silver and metallic silver to match my granddaughter’s ballet recital costume. I ordered the flowers 6.13.14 and I’ve paid over $ 70 for everything. The woman I spoke with over the phone was actually very nice. There was never a problem at all. I informed her that the flowers had to be delivered no later than 11:15AM. She said it wouldn’t be that late. She said it would be delivered shortly after ten in the morning. She even mentioned she knew where my daughter’s residence was at… Like I said, she was nice and sounded like she enjoys her job. The afternoon of Saturday June 14th, I got a very surprising message from our daughter. The florist never delivered!!! I called and left a message stating they’re to deliver the order by Sunday or I will be calling our bank to have charges removed. I left my number for them to return my call. Not ONCE have they had the decency to call me Sunday and all day Monday. Each time(3x’s) I tried to call on Monday, I kept getting hung up. I informed my daughters of this. They called and I’ll tell ya, I could have been knocked over with a feather by what the woman told my daughter. She(woman at Sunshine) said the address I gave her was wrong! She personally repeated not only the address for delivery, but my charge card perfectly well. She told my daughter that I «REFUSED» to provide her with my daughter’s phone number!!! I was beyond STUNNED when I heard that! Why on earth would I ever refuse to provide a phone number when in fact that is usually asked for incase they are lost? She NEVER even asked me for the phone number! I was just floored she lied to my daughters. Well come today, June 17th… Floral arrangement was not delivered around 10AM but on their terms! My granddaughter received the floral arrangement around 3PM! I was NOT happy about that at all. They never had the decency to rectify the charges for their botch up. They never even called me. Unbelievable! I will most certainly not be ordering ANYTHING from Sunshine Florist. My daughters will certainly be informing others to steer very clear from Sunshine. Had they rectified their botch-up, I wouldn’t be typing any of this. Shame on Sunshine for being untruthful and very unprofessional in business practise.

HORRIABLESERVICE! DONOTUSE. I called FlowersOnline because the company I work for gets a discount with them. FlowersOnline placed the order with Sunshine Florist electronicly. Sunshine Florist sent Flowers Online a email that the flowers had been delivered. My mom never received the flowers. I called the Sunshine florist directly and they said they never received an order to deliver flowers on that date to that address and they don’t accept order from FlowersOnline or FTD flowers. They said it was my stupidity to use a online florist and that all florist have their own website. Horriable attitutde. DONOTUSE.

I recently ordered flowers for my mother and father’s 50th anniversary event. I discussed two times with the owner that I wanted mainly white daisies with yellow centers because these were my parent’s wedding flowers. When I received my flowers the day of the event, they were pretty, but there was not a SINGLE white daisy in ANY of the arrangements… instead they gave me yellow and purple daisies, when I specifically said no bright yellow or purple. I was upset, but knew that nothing could be done… it was too late. I called Reisa to calmly discuss my disappointment, and she yelled at me and hung up on me. I was astounded, so I attempted to call the number for the shop. The calls apparently get forwarded to Reisa, however, and she continued yelling at me, and this time I told her where to go and hung up on her. I mentioned it on facebook, and one of my friends also said that they completely botched her entire wedding flower order. I will never recommend this shop to anyone because of the terrible, unprofessional behavior I was subjected to. My mom was severely disappointed about the flowers. They are a disgrace to the floral industry, and I will make sure to spread the word.

My moms 80 th birthday was dec 9th. I ordered flowers through teleflora and they used this company to provide them. bad news! they delivered the wrong flowers and a lot of bad attitude. we ordered orchid’s and they sent carnations. what they sent died the next morning. my mom called and they replaced the dead flowers. we had my mom sent us a photo of what she got. we found out it was not what we ordered. looked to me like sunshine sent an old arrangement from a funeral that was disguared several days before. When we complained to teleflora about the problem they sent a request to have sunshine replace the incorrect arrangement with the correct one, a person from sunshine called my mom and told them we sent a cheap arrangement(untrue) we sent the premium one. sunshine said they had no money to send the correct flowers. I could not believe what I had herd that was told to my mom. flowers should be fun and sunshine took the joy out of it. please do not use this company if you want the recipient to be happy.
